I waited a new weeks for my appointment which was ok. Brought it in at 9:30 on Thursday. No word yet at 4:30 so I call but no answer; I left a message. Got a call just before 5 saying they had not worked Brought it in at 9:30 on Thursday. No word yet at 4:30 so I call but no answer; I left a message. Got a call just before 5 saying they had not worked on my car. Got a video text around 11:00 Friday saying I needed back brakes, I called and gave the go ahead. I was disappointed that car was not serviced on the day of the appointment. Luckily I was able to make the delay work. More
