The actual Service was fine once it was done. The lack of communication was troubling- it’s a new 2023 car. Was thinking only 1 day. It was in shop for 4 full days. Just about everyone in the facility, other than the gentleman who opened the door as I drove out, seemed disinterested in the people around them.
