Above and Beyond (Consistently Hi I started working with BMW of Cape Cod 7-8 years ago. Since then they have handled the acquisition of 6 previously owned cars for my wife and I; including trade-ins on a few occasions. As our needs have changed (growing family) or our place of residence (urban VS island) we have sought out Cape Cod BMW to help us; specifically James Carbonell (assisted by Richard Harrington in Finance). James has always found what we're looking for: M3 Coupe, X3, X5, 328, and the X1 we picked up just last week! Life is busy for everybody, and these guys recognize and respond to that! I've literally shown up at the dealership and been in and out w/in an hour, papers and keys in hand. James & finance have perfected the art of pre-handling what can often be time consuming paperwork.....and they pick us up from the boat when we're having a vehicle serviced. I see no reason to shop elsewhere. More

During the test drive he had two models ready, warmed up and waiting for me to drive. During the completion of the sale he had everything ready; all the paperwork, floor mats and roof rack crossbars ready for the vehicle. I would buy a car again from Hames and I would highly recommend him to others interested in buying a BMW. GreatbJob James!!!! Richard had the business portion of the process down to a science. I have never, in 40 years of buying cars at dealers, ever had such a smooth, quick process. Richard was very pleasant to deal with and was all about the customer. Brandon, the IT tech was amazing.
