My on line experience with BMW Cape Cod specifically (Tim Muldoon, Richard Harrington, Brandon (BMW Genius), and Nick Laham was superior to any other car dealership that I have worked with over the last year in my pursuit of my new X5. The ability for the team to high-lite the options and price of the car compared to others in the market was amazing. I really felt like they were helping me understand the various nuances and ambiguity in the car buying process while leveraging the various technology apps so that I would understand exactly what I was purchasing. Tim, and Richards response time to my questions was extremely prompt and professional. Most importantly they demonstrated "sales patience" with me. This is not a skill that the majority of sales professionals have. Finally, the most important question that I ask my clients and a true indicator of achieving a trusted advisor status as a sales professional, and for me the holy grail success is "Would you purchase from my company again.? Professional staff and easy purchase. No pressure. I bought a pre-owned and called ahead to make sure that it was available. I took the car for a drive, reviewed the payment options that day and said I'd have to sleep on it. I was provided with all the information I needed quickly and easily and never felt pressured to make a purchase. I called back the next day and set up a time to pick it up. When I returned the car was clean and ready to go. I spent a short time with the Finance person going over possible warrantees and once again felt no pressure whatsoever to choose any of the add-ons. Had a great session with the BMW genius where we went over all the details of the car. Would recommend to anybody looking for a BMW. I went to 3 different dealers in the area and this was the nicest facility with the most professional staff. More

He was extremely hospitable and the ambiance of the showroom was very serene which made for an ease of doing business with low pressure. The entire process was very efficient in terms of dealing with the paperwork. Ben was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions with great acumen. The best part of the process for us was how Ben not only went to the RMV for us but also had a driver bring us the vehicle to our home sine we live 75 miles away in Franklin. I’m in the process of trading in my Mercedes 3 series and will most definitely work through Ben for our next vehicle. More

The car was exactly as advertised and I was treated very well by my sales rep, technical advisor, finance manager and everyone else at the dealership. What I really appreciated is not being pressured to buy expensive post sale add ins like they do at other dealers. When I picked up my car, my tech advisor spend a lot of time with me to ensure that I fully understood how to use all of the features. Bottom line I highly recommend buying a car at this dealership.
