I purchased an oil change package when I purchased my car from my lease with 14k in miles, spent a fair amount of money on it. Was never informed that it expired after less than 2 years. I never used one oil from my lease with 14k in miles, spent a fair amount of money on it. Was never informed that it expired after less than 2 years. I never used one oil change. And I’m only at 22k in miles now 2 years later and had to spend $600 for a service that I paid for but never used. When I talked to 2 people who were higher ups they were a bit condescending and said did I think it went on indefinitely? Well maybe if it was explained, but hey they got the commission so they are happy. More

Everything went well and Charley was efficient and professional. My only disappointment is that I expected the usual car cleaning, as listed In the work order but did not receive it. The actual Service was fine once it was done. The lack of communication was troubling- it’s a new 2023 car. Was thinking only 1 day. It was in shop for 4 full days. Just about everyone in the facility, other than the gentleman who opened the door as I drove out, seemed disinterested in the people around them.
