Ben was really patient and helpful throughout the process. He wasn't pushy or tried to keep me in dark. He explained the buying process in a very detailed manner so that I could take a rational decision without even seeing the car in person. I flew down to Boston and there was a ride waiting for me to take me to the showroom, I had my car ready in next 2 hours. Overall, the buying experience was really pleasant dealing with BMW Cape Cod. I was afraid of the opposite and almost expected that kind of behavior from a dealership. Such nice, friendly, knowledgeable people who give you the lowest possible price right from the start. I was greeted by a friendly and pleasant Bella upon my arrival. Joe Martin my sales person (who is thankfully back from Florida) was extremely helpful, as always. Everything was wrapped up quickly and nicely by Richard Harrington. The car I purchased was a 2 series, but I was treated as if I was in the market for their most expensive vehicle. I don't live on the Cape, but wouldn't buy a car anywhere else. Totally worth the drive! More
