Needing a safe vehical I first found Cape Cod BMW on the BMWUSA site. CCBMW had the largest inventory of BMW’s in the state and many had the safety options I wanted. I was I first found Cape Cod BMW on the BMWUSA site. CCBMW had the largest inventory of BMW’s in the state and many had the safety options I wanted. I was contacted by Tim Muldoon he was very helpful, pleasant and I never felt pressured. He looked for the vehical I wanted and informed me of other safety features on different cars. Ben Whitney I drove 4.5hrs from NYC to purchase a CPO with 14k miles. Ben was great and made the process seamless. Richard from Finance also did not disappoint. From there, my experience only got better ... my vehicle was delivered on-time, in pristine condition -- Tim and his technician even convinced me to NOT spend money on an some work I was considering them to complete prior to delivery. What really sold me was the honest approach to financing as well as finding the right car for me. Sure the M5 is great but I'm a coach with a family and that was immediately understood and I was led to the right car for my family today. That is what we all look for in a car buying experience.
