James was phenomenal in systematically showing me different options based on my basic interests. He showed me 5 different cars/ models and provided a helpful comparison of the different vehicles / models. James seemed to really understand what was important to me. He printed out the specifics for leasing 5 different vehicles. As we discussed them, he answered my questions and provided good insights as to how they would do for what I wanted. In the end I was thrilled with the vehicle I decided to lease. Thanks to James I am a very happy customer and will look forward working with him again in the future. More

Joe is the consummate professional who always has the time and patience to answer questions yet is efficient in that everything was done in a timely manner. I can't say enough good things about Joe....no hype, no pressure, very knowledgeable and always friendly. Brandon was also exceptional from taking my wife on a test drive to teaching her all about the car at our delivery today. Brandon is passionate about doing a great job and loves BMW and it shows in everything he says and does.
