When I first purchased a certified pre-owned car, on the way home to Boston a “repair needed” light came on. I returned the car and it was fixed. A year later the same error light came on. My local BMW dealer indicated the first repair was incomplete. I called BMW of Cape Cod. They examined the vehicle and took full ownership for the situation. They gave me a loaner (a brand new car!), and repaired my car. They installed all new components rather than just “repair” the car. It would have been a costly repair but they fully absorbed all expenses. I even got a coupon for a free car wash and window/floor cleaning. They were remarkable and they did right by me. More

Bad service mechanics dont do a thorough job and dont honor their work Repeatedly have to have everything they fix fixed again. Everything they touch has to be repaired again and they charge you for it honor their work Repeatedly have to have everything they fix fixed again.
