BMW of Buena Park - Service Center

It took 3 hours for the oil change. I was surprised it took this long for an oil change. My appointment was at 8 a.m., and I showed up at 7:40 a.m., and I didn't see too many cars while I was surprised it took this long for an oil change. My appointment was at 8 a.m., and I showed up at 7:40 a.m., and I didn't see too many cars while I was waiting for the service technician to show up. My car wasn't ready until 11:12 a.m. I requested to reset the code because of the LED lightbulbs that I replaced. When I picked up my car, I saw the warning light was still showing up. I asked him if he got a chance to tell the technician to put a code in. And he just made some confusing excuses that didn't make sense to understand. Bottom line: He forgot about it. The only reason I gave it three stars was because the staff were friendly and the dealer was pretty clean. I do not need to mention the name of the service technician; it's unnecessary. More

I went in for a tire check due to constant fluctuation in the tire pressure. Turned out that there was a nail. The service agent was very helpful and recommended a tire change which is covered under warran the tire pressure. Turned out that there was a nail.
