Brought my BMW in for service. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Easy to set up the appointment and find the center. Didn’t feel like i was being sold things i didn’t need. BMW Buena Park always does their best to help in any situation when it comes to your vehicle. I had a slight problem, and they did their best to fix it. Service was too slow. the nozzle cap on the replaced tire was missed. My front windshield wipe replacement was replaced in the dealer, but they were not firmly install the nozzle cap on the replaced tire was missed. I just never have any answer back. another bad experience repaired the car engine leaking ended up with higher costs and delayed. More
They are currently renovating, so they have a temporary site to do services. They provide all the normal amenities, coffee etc. The overall service is still great, and maintenance repairs have always bee site to do services. Only got a text message from the advisor stating car is ready, no information on what desk to go to or who to speak to on getting checked out, the advisor must have been on lunch since he was not longer at his desk, had to figure it out on my own. I've been a BMW Owner for 30yrs (7 BMWs). .. these guys are the BEST! They're honest, friendly, knowledgeable, timely, fair, and very skilled. I have had dealers who made my cars worst whe .. these guys are the BEST! They're honest, friendly, knowledgeable, timely, fair, and very skilled. I have had dealers who made my cars worst when I left, found all sorts of issues that did not exist before I came and charged me for services that I later discovered never happened when I went to other dealers years later with same problem for them to say it has never been resolved. This was my first visit at BMW of Buena Park and I had some serious issues with my 640i. Not only did Daniel (my service advisor) take good care of me, kept me informed, but he communicated with the techs very clearly and made sure THE ISSUES I came there with were RESOLVED. I left there with my car running and looking like NEW. I am a customer for life, and recommend this dealership to anyone who cares about their BMW and want someone working on it who cares as much as You. I cannot over state that the Professional, Caring, and attention to detail culture you see at BMW of Buena Park is due to its Leadership. Of ALL the Dealerships I have patronized... I have never run into a General Manager with so much Passion for the Customer. The way he engages with people (that's Staff and Customers), his mechanical knowledge, administrative skills and attention to detail... resignates throughout every department and I must say, every department reflects the same high level of Professionalism and Customer Care. Thank you Kyle (GM)... Thank you Daniel (S.A.) and Thank you to the Tech who worked on my 640i... I just dropped my X5 off for a heating problem and they got right on it. You Guys really ROCK!!! My BMWs will NEVER be touched by another Dealership and when I buy New... it will be BMW of Buena Park!!!! More
