#1 worst ever BMW dealer. Bought my 2007 530i from them in 2007. In 2008 I brought my car in for service and it's like they don't want me to come. Service advisor was rude. Work performed was not done righ in 2007. In 2008 I brought my car in for service and it's like they don't want me to come. Service advisor was rude. Work performed was not done right. It was a horrible experience overall. In mid 2008 I gave them a second chance when another service was due. This time it was even worse. So I gave the service advisor a very low score on her survey. She called me and started arguing to me why I gave her a low score. She deserved a low score for promising to get the repairs done but nothing was done. Never would go back ever again. More
Yes i called the number on the paper stapled to my receipt and i was supposed to talk to the service manager name brock, but instead i talk to a lady who was his assistant, i have her name written on receipt and i was supposed to talk to the service manager name brock, but instead i talk to a lady who was his assistant, i have her name written on my receipt but dont have it now, and i told her everything. Like how i was so hard to get in contact with David and how my car was in the shop for 6 days and how when we brought the car in that i had no physical leaks and no smoke coming out of the vents and side of the car. I had my car checked out by my mechanic before i had left he said that my belts were ok and that the only problem was my water pump, which we had fixed. So when they said the thermostat was not working i understood that. But it too long for the car to be fixed and David gave us the run around and never was at his desk he said that he was calling the warranty company but they gave him the run around but when we called them they said they kept calling but David never answered the phone which i can comply with because we also were trying to call. They gave an appointment time and never called to tell us what the problem was and we tried calling but did not receive a call back till the next day. I am very appalled on how your proper protocol, because when i called to complain to the manager's assistant she said that the brock the manager would get back with me in a couple of hours and never did. So the thing is i have to now pay a bmw dealership to look at my car again when these things were not happening to my car before, you guys charged way over for labor charges. I personally think that just because we were on vacation you guys took advantage. Also you did not even offer to get us a rental why we were down there. So the service there gets a zero from me very bad service and i will be writing about your work ethnics on my blog and youtube and where ever else that i need too. My Husband is a producer so be sure that some actions will be taken place even if i have to call the local news company over there for consumer reports. More
I have had worst experiences at this dealer. Took so many times to fix things right or not even fix it. Recently, I had my car M3 in for service; a mechanic told that my drive shaft coupler is cracked and it times to fix things right or not even fix it. Recently, I had my car M3 in for service; a mechanic told that my drive shaft coupler is cracked and it's very bad. I went home and checked my CPO warranty manual and found out it should be covered under CPO warranty. I called them back the next day and they said bring the car back to have it replaced. So I brought the car back and at the end of the day, they told me the drive shaft coupler is not cracked. What's the heck? - If I have the drive shaft coupler replaced in the first visit, I would have paid for something is not broken. - Or, it's really broken and they don't want to fix it in my second visit? I will get a second opinion from another dealer and will make a big deal out of it if whether or not it's broken. This is one of my bad experiences that I had with Shelly BMW. Please don't go there. We should be deserved for a better service. More
I have had worst experiences there. Never got it right in the first time or should I say 'they don't want to fix it even if my car is still under CPO warranty'. I had one of their mechanics told me and writt the first time or should I say 'they don't want to fix it even if my car is still under CPO warranty'. I had one of their mechanics told me and written down on the invoice saying my car drive shaft coupler is crack and it's very bad. It should be cover under warranty, but they let me found out myself by reading the CPO manual after I left the dealer. I called them back to tell them it should be covered under warranty. So they told me bring it back. Brougth the car back for the drive shaft coupler to be replaced. Picked the car and they told me nothing is wrong with the drive shaft coupler. So my questions are: - They want to make money for something (drive shaft coupler) is not broken in the first visit? - They don't want to fix it even though they said it's broken in the first visit? This is a review and comments on the service quote given us today at your Shelly BMW in Buena Park. The charges made was a BIG RIP-OFF. We were asked to pay a whoomping $603.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! us today at your Shelly BMW in Buena Park. The charges made was a BIG RIP-OFF. We were asked to pay a whoomping $603.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It all started when we were called for the routine 20 point inspection plus a complimentary car wash. We were given the impression that that this is a free service in asmuch as we already have the 100,000 miles warranty. When we got there, we were informed that the regular routine inspection is not included. When we asked for a change oil and agreed with the routine inspection, I overhead the lady in the service dept. said that the charges will be $103.00 for which I agreed. My fault is not double checking it with my husband, who is so stupid enough to hold on to the invoice quote without checking the amount. Come payment time, we were slapped with the $603.00 charges. I think this is ridiculously priced and so very much A RIP-OFF. a MERE INSPECTION SHOULD NOT AND MUST NOT COST $400.00 !!!!!!!!! Anyway, we have to pay because, accordingly to them, service has already been made and it was our error as well that we did not check very well the quotation given us. STILL, THE CHARGES IS VERY HIGH.... THE ADVERTISEMENT ABOUT THE FREE MAINTENANCE FOR THE 100,000 MILES IS NOT VERY CLEAR AND NOT TRUE AT ALL !!!! NOW, I HATE MOUR BMS CAR!!!!!! THIS IS SOMETHING THAT MY RELATIVES AND FRIENDS SHOULD KNOW. NEVER BELIEVE WHAT THEY ARE SAYING ABOUT THE " FREE MAINTAINANCE THING"!!!! BETTER YET, BUY ANOTHER BRAND OF CAR ... LESS EXPENSIVE AND THE SAME PERFORMANCE !!!!!!! Perla Venecio 1512 El Paso Drive Norco, CA 92860 More
I am taking Shelly BMW to small claims court. I was almost in an accident because my powersteering fluid leeked out after Shelly BMW worked on my car. Then Shelly BMW replaced my clutch, flywheel, and almost in an accident because my powersteering fluid leeked out after Shelly BMW worked on my car. Then Shelly BMW replaced my clutch, flywheel, and preasure plate. when I recieved my car, there was a loud clicking noise in the rear of the car. I brought it back Shelly BMW told me it was the differental. but they said it was ok to drive. 2 weeks later the drive shaft came loose and was damaged and also the joints were messed up. Shelly BMW broke a bolt that holds part of the exhaust on, and they did not replace it. Now I have to pay to have this fixed. More

When I picked up the car, I found out that my passenger side rear view mirror stopped working eventhough the control switch is already set to passenger rear mirror. Also, I found a jelly and some bread crumbs inside my cup holder so I assume the mechanic was eating lunch inside my car. When I turned the ignition on, the AC was turned up at full blast and my radio settings have changed. At this point I was mad as hell thinking why can't those mother****ers just fix the car and not play around w/ anything else in my car. Well I complained to Shelly and they told me to schedule another appointment to have the rear view mirror fixed. So I've schedule another appointment and another waste of my time. When all this is done, I'll write about the conclusion to this frustration. So avoid this dealer for service at all cost.<br> More

BEWARE OF SHELLY IF YOU HAVE A ///M CAR!!!!!I bought my 01 S54 M Roadster from SHELLY, the guy we bought the car from was a family friend and after he left SHELLY ive had nothing but bad service from here. 01 S54 M Roadster from SHELLY, the guy we bought the car from was a family friend and after he left SHELLY ive had nothing but bad service from here. I know more about issues with my car then the people there, recently i took my car in for an oil service, and when i go to pick the car up they had put on about 10-15 miles on her. I look at my gas gauge and well over 1/4 tank of gas is missing. I have reason to believe that a SHELLY BMW tech/driver etc. took my car out for a spin and abused the hell out of it. Wasting a 1/4 of gas in 10-15 miles is possible but only under extreme throttle and keeping it in the higher rpm range. When I complained to SHELLY all i got was "oh were sorry, but the car had to be test driven after the service" I replied "yes, test driven, but not abused to hell." basically i got nothing, they did nothing, but tell me to FUK OFF. I would think they would be more professional then that. I also have several Mercedes and this kind of incident never happened at MB. We have a CLK55 AMG and no apparent problems of MB guys trashing my vehicle. I'm the one who paid $50K for my car, and $1k for my SO3's. certainly I should be the only one allowed to drive her hard. I also assume that the person who had the consideration to trash my car didnt wait for my engine to be at operating temperature before they had raped my baby. We buy cars very often. SHELLY BMW has lost a customer, because I will never go back again. BTW. Just serveral months ago, SAVAGE BMW totaled a customers S54 E46 M3 on a so called test drive. BE AWARE More
