Runaround on true cause of issue with three visits and 5 loaner/rental vehicles later, which was finally solved with the service manager’s help (Tim, who was very helpful). They ask if you need a shuttle when booking the service appointment, but they don’t have shuttle service when you show up. Service advisor (Linda) not very friendly and if you don’t purchase any extra serv appointment, but they don’t have shuttle service when you show up.
