The service advisor, Wasam, needs a good lesson in customer service and social interactions. He was cold, smug and condescending to us. When he advised my wife and me on what services we needed on the customer service and social interactions. He was cold, smug and condescending to us. When he advised my wife and me on what services we needed on the car, he added that "we probably bought it at a good price", so we got what we paid for. After that statement, we were so upset that we were not willing to spend another dime with this dealer. They were busy, so probably didn't need our business, but no way we'll recommend these guys to anyone. Somebody said "Being important is nice, but it's more important to be nice." More

I have been going to this BMW dealership for >10 years and had wonderful service each time. The last visit was awful. I was charged a significant amount of money to help with my issue and my car broke dow and had wonderful service each time. The last visit was awful. I was charged a significant amount of money to help with my issue and my car broke down the next day. The charges before they assessed car to after were different as I agreed to 219 full vehicle inspection and they replaced it with misc charge. I decided to go to BMW dealership closer to me and they found 6 major things wrong with the car that needed fixing and thank goodness I will have my car soon. To spend over a thousand dollars on my car and none of this was caught is negligence and endangered my life and others to suddenly stop that way. I even called the next day left multiple messages but was ignored. I use to love coming to this place but after how I was treated the last visit not coming back and never working with Jose again. He Incredibly dishonest. More
