I looked up this dealerships rating before going. The ratings were not great. Upon arriving I spoke with my service rep and explained my concerns. He let me know that the location had been thru a major overhaul and is adamant about rebuilding its image. My oil service was performed and other issues were disclosed (none of which I was not already aware of) communication was clear and prompt. My vehicle was also ready at curb side once I arrived for pickup. Good job! I look forward to becoming a long time customer. More
