Let me start by saying Customer Service was great. Valerie Machado was super helpful getting all my questions answered. She guided me through the 1st time service process very astutely. She explained everything that I needed to know, perfectly and was very concise about what I would be responsible for money-wise. That couple with the help she provided me to get my BWM collision information worked on, as well. Something I'd had an issue with last time I visited BMW Buena Park. The one thing I was very unhappy with is that I had a scheduled appointment for February 2, 2023 @1pm. I got two emails confirming my appointment. When I arrived at BMW Buena Park there was no record of my appointment, so what would have taken about 1.5 hours ended up lasting over 3 hours. I was doing this appointment while on a break from work so this posed a big issue with me being responsible for being late for a meeting that I had after my appointment. More

Bjorn was most helpful and kept us apprised every step of the way. Had to wait for a battery replacement next day as they installed a battery that had lost shelf life (which wasn't his fault). Will never bring my vehicle here again. I tried giving them another chance but same result happened. Made and appointment and Drop off my car on Thursday morning for lane assist, blind spot I tried giving them another chance but same result happened. Made and appointment and Drop off my car on Thursday morning for lane assist, blind spot monitoring and side impact malfunction. The service advisor didn't call me back until Friday afternoon to let me know about the issue. After that call i never heard again from him. Monday afternoon I check my bmw app to see if they have at least unlocked my car to check and see again the issue. They didn't do anything to my car and they haven't touched it since that Friday afternoon. I have to reach out to them to see what's going on. And I didn't even receive a call back. I had to go to the dealership and take my car back. The service advisor(bjern) didn't say anything to me and didn't give me any explanation on why they didn't do anything to my car. Will never bring my car here again. More
