When I first arrived I was greeted by a guy that you can tell that he would prefer to be somewhere else, he said he would call someone to help me bit never did. I found another person and he did helped me and was really nice. I only went there for a diagnostic, so after $250 I got the diagnostic on paper and a minimum explanation on what the problem was. I sat outside for 30 minutes waiting for my car and had to go back and ask o e of the guys to please get my car, he apologized and said that he didn't know anything about it but they were really busy. It took another 10 minutes and someone else brought my car (I think the first kid probably didn't know how to drive stick shift) I had owned Mercedes and Lexus before biy I've never been to a BMW dealer and I hate to say it but I was kind of disappointed. This review is intended only to make you better and not to put your place down. More
