This review is about the Parts Department which is not honoring the parts warranty. I purchased a bulb on May 26, 2021, BMW gives a 2-year warranty on all parts. The bulb which I had purchased failed on A honoring the parts warranty. I purchased a bulb on May 26, 2021, BMW gives a 2-year warranty on all parts. The bulb which I had purchased failed on Aug 3, 2022. When I ask them for a warranty, they want me to go through the dreaded service department to get the warranty. Even though it's a simple test, which is basically testing a working bulb on the same socket to check if it's a socket fault or a faulty bulb. You can find images and videos on my Google review. I showed the service advisor the video, and they made me wait 45 minutes while all of the 8 service advisors who were working that afternoon were browsing the internet and they had no customers waiting or on-site. Seems like there was no money to be made when they honor the warranty so they all were browsing the internet. I just bought the bulb again and left because it was about $10, I will never ever do business with them again. Also, I saved a bunch of money by not having these service advisors quote me thousands of dollars for unwanted tests to get the bulb replaced on warranty. Moral of the review: Never do business with a Stealership, If you didn't know about their service department, there are endless posts on Bimmerpost, Reddit, etc on why you don't get your car serviced at Stealerships. More

Took my X7 in for repair. No communication, terrible service, they chipped my hood and wouldn't share the drop-off photos they took.
