I selected Yes on the above questioner on recommending the BMW of Buena Park dealership because there were only two choices but if it had another choice then it would be a "Maybe". The reason for my choice is that the service advisor who helped me didn't seem to be sincere in helping. Also, when I received the text message stating that my car was ready. The advisor made a pick-up arrangement on my behalf. When I arrived, again, he was too occupied or distracted to assist. Same goes for the outside attendees. There were two gentlemen working at the front counter. I told one of them that I am here to pick up my car and he took a glance at my paper and told me to wait while some gets my car. But my car was already out waiting. With the poor service, I just walk straight to my car and asked for my car key. I have been using the BMW of Buena Park for all my services. However, my recent trip to BMW service department was the unpleasant experience. More

This review is about the Parts Department which is not honoring the parts warranty. I purchased a bulb on May 26, 2021, BMW gives a 2-year warranty on all parts. The bulb which I had purchased failed on A honoring the parts warranty. I purchased a bulb on May 26, 2021, BMW gives a 2-year warranty on all parts. The bulb which I had purchased failed on Aug 3, 2022. When I ask them for a warranty, they want me to go through the dreaded service department to get the warranty. Even though it's a simple test, which is basically testing a working bulb on the same socket to check if it's a socket fault or a faulty bulb. You can find images and videos on my Google review. I showed the service advisor the video, and they made me wait 45 minutes while all of the 8 service advisors who were working that afternoon were browsing the internet and they had no customers waiting or on-site. Seems like there was no money to be made when they honor the warranty so they all were browsing the internet. I just bought the bulb again and left because it was about $10, I will never ever do business with them again. Also, I saved a bunch of money by not having these service advisors quote me thousands of dollars for unwanted tests to get the bulb replaced on warranty. Moral of the review: Never do business with a Stealership, If you didn't know about their service department, there are endless posts on Bimmerpost, Reddit, etc on why you don't get your car serviced at Stealerships. More
