Good service Luis was good in providing rides and following up with my car repair. Only issue was the tire I needed end up being the last tire of that size and the tire tech guy stated that I would g following up with my car repair. Only issue was the tire I needed end up being the last tire of that size and the tire tech guy stated that I would get it but unfortunately I had to wait til the next day due to getting something approved that one last tire went to someone else and they then needed to order my tire. So I was a whole day and a half without a car because there was no available loaners. I was not expecting to leave my car for the day so had to have Luis get my daughter and I a Lyft. I took my BMW to have an oil change service. When I got it back I noticed they disconnected my dashcam. I understand they are maybe trying to protect something proprietary. However, they did not ask for my permission they just did it themselves. By doing so they messed up the alignment of the camera, and created an issue that took over an hour of my time to correct it. Not sure if they should be allowed to modify accessories not making the scope of the service appointment. Not happy with the (lack of) communication. More
I returned my lease of 3 years with 28k miles and you counted and charged me for every minor scratch when if fact it looks brand new. I would like your too superviser to contact me. With 28 k miles, I feel this is highly unreasonable. I look forward to your gentleman do a proper inspection with and not putting us through this grief old minor wear and tear especially since the car was only driven from Irvine to garden grove for a work car. It is not acceptable for the car charging me this much when it is clearly in stellar condition. 28k mile should be proof enough. Please do the right thing and asses the car for what it can be resaled For BMW has a high reputation but because of the quotes I received today, I am highly displeased and hope this gets rectified as soon as possible.
