I worked with Anthony and was very pleased with the whole experience. I first went to the dealer in NJ where I bought my first BMW and their price quote was nowhere near the price I got from Anthony. The car arrived on time, when promised and was equipped as I ordered. For my next BMW I will go to BMW of Brooklyn first. I have not gone to service yet but I expect the same level of satisfaction. So far so good. PS- love the X3. More

made buying a new car relatively easy i get new cars every 2-3 years and usually the experience is dreadful. i have to haggle, complain about xx fees that spontaneously appear out of nowhe i get new cars every 2-3 years and usually the experience is dreadful. i have to haggle, complain about xx fees that spontaneously appear out of nowhere at the time of signing, or the sales people lie. sometimes all of the above. this was probably my first ever car buying experience that didn't involve any of the above. i came in. asked about the car i wanted. i was offered a car off the lot close to what i wanted or a custom order. the first price they gave me was very good and honestly i would have agree to it anyway, it was THOUSANDS less than other BMW dealerships around NYC. but i got them to take it down a little more. i ordered the car, the car showed up, no surprises here. this is how it should be but unfortunately usually isn't. i have to commend them on how they handled me. i came in expecting to be tricked or lied to as usual, so i was a little brash and all around xxxxxx. but they were nice to me through the whole process. so thank you for that and i apologize for giving you guys a hard time. there is no question that i will be coming back here. More

Also, Manny from Finance was very well mannered and explained in detail all the terms and Justine was great in explaining how the car worked. BMW of Brooklyn has an excellemt staff and I highly recommend them. More
The best Service Advisor, Colton! Great Service Center! I'd like to take some time to write this review from my truth experience with BMW of Brooklyn Service Center. Just want to be upfront that I didn't buy my car from BMW of Brooklyn. I always been skeptical about any dealerships in NYC as they've known to rip people off in NYC. I used to take my car to NJ for service but I took a chance this time and brought my car in BMW of Brooklyn for simple oil change just to get a feel of Service Center. However my whole experience with BMW of Brooklyn and my Service Advisor, Colton S. had changed my view completely. Colton is true professional and knowledgeable about BMW. He spent time to explain to me about my BMW warranty & maintenance coverage even this wasn't my 1st BMW. For maintenance items, he went over with me one by one and made sure my car didn't miss anything. For issue that required diagnostic, he would be upfront about the dealership diagnostic fee and even would work with his manager to make sure the repair items covered by warranty. Colton even emailed me on his day off and gave me an update of my car. He's the type of professional guy that makes this Service Center earned the 5 stars. Management should consider give him a raise/promotion and big bonus! Aside from Colton, everyone in the Service Center are very courteous and helpful. My overall experience is very positive and will return if my BMW needs any service again. More

The name's changed, the people are the same BMW in Brooklyn changed its name recently. For everyone who loves BMW, who considers himself as a member of Great and Glorious BMW family this event m BMW in Brooklyn changed its name recently. For everyone who loves BMW, who considers himself as a member of Great and Glorious BMW family this event means something. For me it is an acknowledgment of the fact that this dealership belongs to us – brooklynites, serves us, helps us , exists as a part of our connection to BMW. It was my first visit to the same facility after its renaming. The same people met me inside, same smiles, same no-formal interest of my well-being, my business, and my day. From the very first moments I immersed into the atmosphere of friendship, care and confidence that everything would be all right. All team was working as one whole mechanism, synchronized and attuned to help me. I dare to suggest that everyone of us who comes here feels the same because I am just an average customer not long ago acquired a beautiful but not fancy and expansive BMW X1. I am a retired person with no connections, meaning there is nothing special about me and still I feel there as VIP. Everyone from this wonderful team is treating us as the special guests just by doing their everyday duties. Isn’t that amazing? Michael Granito meats you at the entrance, takes your car and fluently checks its appearance. He does it in such way that it would never hurt your dignity no matter what condition your car in at the moment. Two young ladies at the front desk: Maria DuPont and Lauren Frisica help with documents, filling up the papers for a loaner and besides all are the first buffer that absorbs all kind of questions, requests, complains and any possible curious things that could happen. Robert Gilberto - the service advisor shortly but very much coherently explains what tests would be done for your car, what you can expect after and when everything would be done. It is useful to say that he always keep his word. It would not be possible for any team to work like that without a right supervision carried out by Manager Nick Giordano. I believe his guidance, his ability to maintain this atmosphere of friendship in the team that comes to us does make a difference in the whole servicing process. I sincere apologize if I did not mention anybody from this great team by name. I did not do it purposely. I hope next time I will be introduced to other people who is helping me there. I like the new name of our dealership but I have to say that it is not the name that adorns the business, it is the people who make the name shines. Thank you. More

My prior advisor retired and I work with Alex Gilkis. You can look as far and wide as you want in the tri-state area and you will not find a better dealership or advisor by a wide margin and on all of the factors that are important -- honesty, accuracy, attention to detail, fairness and follow-through. I strongly encourage you to meet with Alex Gilkis. He and the dealership are exemplary. More
