It was such a pleasure to work with my sales person, Derrick Canarte. Five stars for Derrick! You are so lucky to have him on your team! Derrick was incredibly easy to work with and attentive to all my needs. His main concern was to give me the best deal ever and he did without ever making me feel haggled, pressured or taken advantage of. He’s a true gentleman and certainly one of a kind! He totally dispelled my initial fears of undertaking this process as a single woman. The incredible service did not stop at the door. He has been in contact with to me to see how I am and to make sure I am happy with the car and to address any questions or concerns I may have. I am totally enjoying my new BMW and I want to thank Derrick for such a wonderful experience. I cannot say enough great things about this dealership and its amazing staff! More

Unlike other dealers, there weren't salesman watching my every move and bothering me while I took a look around. My greetings were received at just the right time and I was under no pressure to speak to anyone about buying a car. I love that. I was able to absorb the inventory in peace. Derrick, my salesman is one of a kind. He's a gentlemen with great demeanor and doesn't have that "xxxxxx" salesman attitude for lack of a better word. Derrick is very straight forward. I got an incredible deal without haggling from the start, an offer I couldn't refuse. Derrick does the right thing from the start. Anything else is extra and with this dealership, extra is their middle name. I can't say how above and beyond he went. He is patient, efficient, and communicating with him is a breeze. He answers his phone and text timely, and always follows through with whatever he says. The whole process was so smooth and simple I could not believe it. I have been to dealers plenty of times in my life, and this one gets the highest award by my standards along with it's employees. More
Terrible I've had Isaac as a service adviser a few times now. Each time he's been very hard to get in touch with. I was never given a loaner vehicle and my car I've had Isaac as a service adviser a few times now. Each time he's been very hard to get in touch with. I was never given a loaner vehicle and my car took over a week to fix each time. I had no idea what was going on until the day I picked it up. I definitely recommend getting a different adviser or going to a different service center altogether. More

And I was not mistaking. I met new people from Nick’s (...team but with the same attitude, same quality of work and the same level of care. My car was admitted by Raffy (Ralph Paillere), a very modest guy with a hardly noticeable but sincere smile on his kind face. Strangely, I met him for the first time. Everything that he had been doing displayed his natural kindness. His seven years of working for this company with an unchangeable set of mind to serve the clients gave him indispensable experience and skills to manage and re-arrange the permanent flow of the coming cars the way that no one was in the path of any other. He let me transfer the personal belongings from my car to the loaner one, without pushing or rushing me. Another member of the team whom I met for the first time was the service adviser - Danny (Danny Dermody). I do not want to compare him with anyone of his rank here but in short words, he is one of a kind person whom you take a liking from the first moments of the communication. Besides his amiable appearance, he has an excellent ability to explain the process of customer’s car repair step by step. The complicated things explained in his own words are simple, easy to comprehend and truthful till the very core. Time and again I was wondering how come all these people were treating me with kindness and thoughtfulness the way that you can only feel it from the very close friends or relatives. The answer came to me as soon as I saw Nick. He was trying to share his time and attention between all of us his clients that morning as he always does it. He was concise but sincere: “we are all human beings, I tell you more, we are all family here and that is why we are treating our customers by the human book here - by the family book. My BMW Coupe that screeches I want to point out that I love the bmw brand. I love my car BUT I don’t think I should have a car that sounds like a school bus if I’m leasing it for I want to point out that I love the bmw brand. I love my car BUT I don’t think I should have a car that sounds like a school bus if I’m leasing it for 450 a month. My sales guy Anthony Miccio is awesome but after that its all down hill. Robert Gilberto has the. “ Oh Well” attitude. My first appointment with him was to fix a tail light that he was trying to charge me double for. When I called for my second appointment i specifically told the person on the phone not to give me Robert Gilberto for my next appointment. Guess who I had to deal with? ROBert Gilberto. At this point my brakes were screeching and to make a very long story short. They still screech after THREE back to back visits. The end result was that “ OH we didn’t have time to look at your car.” You would think that after three SUPER LONG visits I would get some sort of decent treatment since its been three tuesdays in a row. They couldn’t even get me a loaner for that week so I never went back. Three weeks later I get a call that my loaner is ready??? I’m not even in the country at this point. It took 30 minutes for them to find my car the last visit. It’s such a shame because I truly love my car besides all of this non sense. I can’t allow myself to pay for a luxury car and get treated like I’m nothing. All of the service Review emails that BMW sends out is just a waste of time. If a customer is telling you what’s wrong it should be fixed. The END More

I walked in to BMW and expected nothing less (my second vehicle with them) from my client consultant. Brandon is very attentive and you sincerely feel like he’s trying to help you. More and less, most dealers gets a bad name because of their sales person. They don’t create a personal connection and treating it like a robotic transaction, I’m glad that Brandon isn’t like that. He’s attentive and make sure we know what we are getting and walked us through the whole process. I will definitely refer friends to this dealership and directly to Brandon as well! More

Same team, different people, excellent results I recently received a phone call from my dealership “BMW of Brooklyn”. It was Antony(I am sorry for missing his last name). He kindly advised me that I recently received a phone call from my dealership “BMW of Brooklyn”. It was Antony(I am sorry for missing his last name). He kindly advised me that it was time to come and change the motor oil in my car. We scheduled an appointment convenient for me and acceptable by the requirements. I came in time and exactly at this moment the technician (unfortunately did not catch his name) emerged at the side of my car. He was polite, patient, with a reliable appearance as everything that carries the name of BMW. Then the sequence of the events demonstrated the tuned mechanism of the everyday service that these people provide us with. Most of the times we even do not pay attention how remarkably efficient they are, taking all that for granted. Probably for that reason we notice that only when something odd and unusual happens. I remember writing the review about the service presented by the same team. The job was done excellently, timely with a distinguish care that you can only feel from your close relatives and friends. This time the people were different but the provided service had the same mark, the same level of quality, the same friendly attitude. The service advisor Karim Richards and all the people behind “the curtain” including the mentioned above Antony working industriously and evenly made my day, I should have said: made my car making (please pardon the tautology) all my following the appointment days and I do appreciate that every time and day when I use my car. Thank you guys for the excellent and timely done job. Thank you BMW for keeping such excellent workers on your staff. P.S. I would kindly ask Nick Giordano to find Antony and recognize him just for doing his job flawlessly. It might be a routine but does make a difference. That's what count. More
