I have a 2010 335i x drive with slightly over 3k miles on it. I had to have the car towed in because the high pressure fuel pump went bad. It was on a Friday and I was told they didn't have any loaners avail it. I had to have the car towed in because the high pressure fuel pump went bad. It was on a Friday and I was told they didn't have any loaners available but the car would be ready on Monday (for sure) because it is a known issue with the 335. On Monday Dan told me that they were still having issues with it and that it would be ready Tuesday and loaners still were not available. Tuesday and Wednesday I was also told the same story. Also tracking down Dan was nearly impossible he never returned any of my calls. The only way I got a hold of him was by holding the line for over 10 minutes. Finally Thursday the car was ready. Sorry for the delay blah blah blah, At least you will get to enjoy the car over the long weekend (4th of July). I guess not Friday night I start the car and low and behold same issue. This time there is black smoke coming out of the exhaust also. I was extremely pissed off at this point. Its now 2 weekends in a row that I do not have a car. Tuesday morning had the car towed in again and of course Dan is out that day so Robert is now handling the case. Problem is Robert doesn't want to do anything until Dan gets back so i was told to call Dan tomorrow. Tried calling Dan several times Wed but he wouldn't take my call so tried getting in touch with Robert and he told me Dan was no longer on the case and now I was dealing with him. (guess he just didn't want to work the day before) Robert never knew what was going on with the car and NEVER EVER returned a call. I tried speaking to the service manager Mike, who told me his shop foreman was working on the car and he would have information for me shortly. Mike actually called me back once to tell me that a mouse or a squirrel crawled in my engine and chewed on a wire. Give me a break where do they come up with this stuff. Thursday I was told to come pick it up and when I get there they told me that I was harassing them and they should be charging me for the service. At that point I just wanted to get the car back and never go back there again. When the car comes out I was just shocked. It was COVERED in bird droppings and had 2 dents on the trunk. They told me they weren't responsible and didn't do it. I was also not given a loaner at anytime during this period even after calling and asking everyday. Keep in mind this is a 2010 and I am a returning customer. Called BMW N/A and it didn't get me anywhere either. Please go to any other dealer but this one. My experience was horrifying. More

There was one small snag in the process, the details of which are immaterial to the review, but in its handling was why I review this dealership as a 4 instead of a 5. The management team did not appear straightforward and I felt shuffled around and left wandering for a few anxious days as I worried as to whether we would get our car when we needed it by. So top marks for our salesperson, but a lower grade for the upper management. More
The service Dept doesnt answer calls or voicemails while your car is in their custody and then they tell you everything is fixed when in reality, most of the issues mentioned with the car are not touched. Alex is a great sales person, but more importantly is a person with strong values and ethics; in his mind, customer really comes first. He patiently listened to all my questions and he answered all of them. He clarified every possible doubt I came up with and, at the end, I knew I was purchasing the right car from the right person. We picked together the color and even the optional features; I felt a lot of attention, even more than what you expect when you enter a prestigious BMW dealer. Price was excellent; I understood it when he looked at me and said “for less than this I can’t sell you the car”. He made the purchasing process smooth and pleasant. While dealing with me, he treated me as a friend. And with friends you never go wrong! And even now we keep in touch; he keeps on asking me whether or not I am happy with the car. Of course I am! Not only for the car, but also for the relationship we built. Thanks a lot, Alex! More

Long wait to be admitted. I had to wait 40 minutes to talk to a service rep for a service that was NOT done properly the day before. No returned phone call i was stuck 250 miles away from home and waited talk to a service rep for a service that was NOT done properly the day before. No returned phone call i was stuck 250 miles away from home and waited 30 mins for someone to call and say it was OK for me to drive back, no one called back. I brought the car next morning to be "re-fixed" and had to wait 40 mins + to talk to a service person to explained the situation. I asked my car back and it took them 10+ mins to evenbring my car from the service. Will never go back again.... More
I was in Florida and saw this car online. Kaz was extremely helpful in sending me pictures and detailed information about the car. He made the whole process extremely simple. When I got to the dealership he was very courteous and patiently explained each aspect of the car. Kaz loves to joke around but was very helpful when it came down to business. It has been a week since I've had the vehicle and its been great. Kaz activated the SOS service just as he had promised and also called to make sure everything with the car was ok. I loved my experience here and would definitely recommend this dealership. More
