My service experience was amazing. They always have an appointment when I need one, and when I come in for my oil change nick lets me wait for my car, and gets it done right away. The young ladies at the main desk are always so sweet and make sure to offer me coffee, tea and water (which one needs at 7:30 am) More
Kaz is an awesome sales person!!! The best I have ever met. The finance guy is great and puts in work! Nick and the entire service dept. Is a JOKE!!! They never get it right the first time. My car has never once been cleaned after being serviced at least a dozen times, it consistently comes out with bird poo on it that it didn't go in with. I am literally afraid to have my car fixed at life quality. Also the women at the front desk are sooooo nasty it's sad!!! Def not the customer service I ever thought I'd get after buying a BMW. More

I brought my 2010 BMW X5 WITH 14,000 MILES ON IT with broken axle and they refused to fix it under warranty plus they tried to over charge me for repair, acual cost of parts was $636 and they told me $86 broken axle and they refused to fix it under warranty plus they tried to over charge me for repair, acual cost of parts was $636 and they told me $861. I have purchased 4 BMW 7 series from this dealer. Initial service when at Remson was bad but improved at the new location. Recently the service crews have changed. Horrible attitude. I own 2 BMW's. I had my 650i not starting in the morning, called roadside assistance and they send a tow truck. Car was jump started and switched to save drive mode. BMW road side assistance told me to drive it to the nearest dealer, so I did. Pulled up at LQ BMW and the car died on their ramp. I was told to come back the next day as there were no appointments available. So I asked them if they would come and jump start the car again at my home the next day. They decided that I could leave the car, I bought this car from LQ so I have the right to be offered a loaner. They said that I had to make my appointment 30 days in advance to receive a loaner. Car stayed at the dealer for 14 days, when I picked it up they told me that the repair was a loose battery cable. 2nd experience with LQ BMW My X5 has a instrument cluster pixel problem, BMW NA approved the replacement at 50% cost. I called LQ BMW to shedule an appointment, 2 weeks went by without a return call. BMW NA called LQ and setup an appointment for 12/08/2010. On 12/07/2010 LQ BMW called me 4 times to confirm the appointment, today I bring the car and I am told to come back another day as they don't have the part. This is after I sent Nick Giordano 2 emails and 3 voicemails to confirm if he has the part after he was sent an email from BMW NA. More
