He was very thorough in explaining everything and even after I leased my car he continued to follow up. He’s very experienced and had a smile on the whole time. This is my first car from him and have to say I’ll be his lifetime client. I highly recommend go see Derick at bmw life quality. Intially, he was recommended to me and he didn’t disappoint and now I’ll be recommending him to all my family and friends. He was awesome to work with and super friendly even when it came to the financial part his partner Muhsin was just as awesome and professional. They gave me the best deal there out there and most importantly it was right for me and made sense for my finances. Derick didn’t come off as salesy and aggressive as most auto sales reps do. There is no time more rewarding then spent with your family, I recently came to BMW of Brooklyn to get my new car. My lease got to the end and a couple of months before that I called to the dealership. Since I w I recently came to BMW of Brooklyn to get my new car. My lease got to the end and a couple of months before that I called to the dealership. Since I was extremely happy with the job that was done by the previous dealer I dialed his number expecting to talk to him. However as I learned later, he left the company and his phone number was assigned to Shahid Saleem. I explained to Shahid the reason of my call and he in return promised to deliver the car of my dream by the scheduled date or earlier. I liked him from the first minutes of our conversation. He was concise but very polite; his extensive experience allowed him to answer all my questions easily; his recommendations were unobtrusive and delicate. Our conversation was friendly as if we knew each other for years. Time came fast to get my new car at the dealership BMW of Brooklyn. It was not the first time when I came there. It happened that this time I was forced by the circumstances to arrive with my 92-year old mom. She was treated there as a special guest: offered any kind of beverages, nice place to sit down and wait till we finished our business. Shahid introduced me to his manager Junior Sibdhannie, finance manager Mohsen Mohsen and some other colleagues at the dealership. Everything that Shahid promised to me was delivered. I do understand that it would not be possible if all these people would not work as a team. I enjoyed there the friendly atmosphere, genuine care and pleasent feeling of being a member of a Great family of BMW. When we were going home my mom said: I am afraid that you will not come to me at Thanksgiving or Christmas any more. But at least I know where I can find you – at BMW of Brooklyn. More

Wouldn't buy a BMW from anyone else I bought my 430i from Derick and my brother recently acquired a 330i. Both times Derick was an absolute pleasure to work with and was determined to ge I bought my 430i from Derick and my brother recently acquired a 330i. Amazing Experience! I have to say I was very upset when I woke up one morning and saw my 5 Month old BMW X5 leaking Engine Coolant. I immediately called BMW of Brooklyn S I have to say I was very upset when I woke up one morning and saw my 5 Month old BMW X5 leaking Engine Coolant. I immediately called BMW of Brooklyn Service and the staff on the phone was extremely helpful transferring me over to Roadside Assistance to arrange a tow of my car to the service department. The tow truck arrived quickly and the operator was very friendly. I got to the service center half and hour after calling and was introduced to Colton. Colton from the start was very nice and attentive to all the needs I had and listened to me very clearly as I expressed what was wrong with my car. The Service Center Provided me a loaner right away and Colton told me he would reach out in the following days to let me know what happened to my car. Colton did just that, he was very responsive through email letting me know exactly what was wrong with my car and that they had to order a part from the BMW Factory in Germany. Colton did everything in his power to get the part in the fastest possible way and the whole crew at BMW of Brooklyn Service got it done! Colton kept me informed every step of the way taking away any worry I had and reassured me that my car was in great hands! Fast forward some time and my car was ready for pickup just in time for the weekend and Colton personally checked it out before I picked it up to ensure everything was up to par. Thank You Colton and the whole crew at BMW of Brooklyn Service for such a smooth and painless experience. Highly Recommend! More
Awful service! The staff is very rude and inpatient, very unprofessional. They serviced our vehicle, fixed our fuel injector and left it open. There was a fuel leaka The staff is very rude and inpatient, very unprofessional. They serviced our vehicle, fixed our fuel injector and left it open. There was a fuel leakage and the car smelled like pure gasoline (in and out). I was informed by a family friend (who owns a shop) that my wife and 3 children was in danger as the vehicle could have exploded. The car was dirty with finger prints all over the hood. Instead of apology, we got awful attitude. More

I called back several times trying to speak to the service manager Nick. I was forced several times to leave a message and I did with a quick explanation of what happened, also leaving my name and telephone number and have never received a response to anything. I was not satisfied with the overall service that I received and wanted to make note of that. I wanted to know if ownership changed because the service was subpar and still believe that due to the inactions of the service manager which I’m sure permeates to subordinate Staff. More
