Alex was great the first time when I wanted to purchase a new BMW. When the car was totaled 6 weeks later (getting hit by a driver at a high speed while parked), Alex was compassionate and made the effort t new BMW. I was looking for a white/blk interior 325XI and when I went into the showroom ,there it was ,as though it was waiting for me. Jose Ceballos was my salesman and he couldn't have more attentive and professi went into the showroom ,there it was ,as though it was waiting for me. Jose Ceballos was my salesman and he couldn't have more attentive and professional.He explained all there was to know about the car.After we left a deposit, he arranged to have our windows further tinted and when we came back for delivery he linked both of our phones with the car and explained how to operate the navigation.All in all it was the best auto buying experience I have had. I definitely recommend Life Quality for your next BMW which, by the way, is a fabulous car. More
I had someone purchase a used car through an auction and this vehicle turned out to be a piece of crap. I met Anthony Miccio and I told him what I was looking and the price I was looking to pay. The next business day he sent me the vin #s of two vehicles, one of which I purchased. I also received a dealer credit which was totally unexpected. Samantha is unbelievable. I printed out the list of dealers in CT, NJ and NY from BMW's web site and literally spoke with almost every one of them. I knew exactly what I wanted, had dealer invoice figures and was just looking for help locating a 2011 535i optioned the way I would want it and for someone to give me, not a fair price, but a very good deal. The best reaction I got was from Sam. Everything was done via email, she is fast, responsive, cares about what I wanted to do without trying to steer me into something else and went to bat for me with her sales manager to get me the deal I asked for. If she doesn't have the car you want, she will find it at another dealer. I have no hesitation recommending her. She will save you days of your time looking around. More

Just picked up my second 335xi coupe this week at Life Quality BMW. Both leases have been a great experience. The second time was even better. I cannot overstate a best-in-class recommendation for Life Quality BMW and specifically Brett Laslie for anyone who is in the market to buy or lease a new BMW. I relocated from another part of the country and after visiting a dozen or more dealerships in the NY and NJ areas for my third BMW, after receiving conflicting product and pricing information and information that overaell seemed and proved to be too-good-to-be-true, I found Brett Laslie. I cannot emphasize enough Brett’s honesty, fairness, professionalism, attention to detail and care for the customer as a very seasoned Client Advisor. Search the competitors long and hard if you wish, but my advice is to go to Brett Laslie. Any consumer transaction can offer only three things: quality of product (BMW, a given), service and price. It is impossible to have all three, though Brett Laslie gets as close as possible to doing so without ever compromising impeccable client service. I cannot endorse Brett Laslie enough. More
My 2011 BMW X5 had its airbag malfunction light come on 1 week after they serviced the car routinely. I borught it in and they said "leave the car and we'll get to it in a couple of days." this is my only ca week after they serviced the car routinely. I told them this and asked for a loaner and they said sorry, no loaner. I spoke to the manager and he informed me that "hey, xxxx happens, you live in New York." I had more words with him and he told me "xxxx you, don't come back you are not welcome here." I had to call the general manager who arranged for a loaner. (wow, a miracle... i thought they were out). After buying a $58000 car 6 months ago, which had been serviced just 1 week ago, this is the kind of customer service I get. Dont ever buy a car here or go to this dealership. I NEVER write reviews online, but was so mad that I just had toi in this case. More
