ripped me off, sold me a lemon and they refused to fix the vehicle. And when i finally did take the car to service they refused to provide a loaner. after months of complaining they agreed to a loaner and the vehicle. All their "good" reviews you see are BOGUS. In the service center you constantly hear people yelling and screaming at the reps because their service is so terrible. and FYI this dealership is NOT owned by BMW they are an Independently owned company so therefore no matter what BMW Corporate tells them they do NOT have to listen to them whatsoever. Yet this company still operates go figure! i guess the ole saying goes... Money talks and big companies get to rip your off. More
