On 3/9/2012 I brought my BMW 745Li to life quality BMW, the service advisor assigned to my vehicle was Joe Marra. I explained to Mr. Marra that I was getting a transmission failsafe gear light ... Fault , the service advisor assigned to my vehicle was Joe Marra. I explained to Mr. Marra that I was getting a transmission failsafe gear light ... Fault , which was leaving my car to go into limp mode preventing me from shifting the car out of gear. After waiting for 5 hrs I was told that my battery was causing the faults and they were getting voltage errors, they advised me to replace my battery. This work cost me $598.00, three days later on a trip to the grocery store with my three year old daughter the light come back on leaving me stranded for three hours. I called my service advisor immediately and informed him of the problem Mr. Marra told me that he will discuss the issue with the technician that worked on my vehicle and call me back. Needless to say I never recieved the phone call. When I called back the next day Mr. Marra was off I asked to be transferred to the service manager and I left a voicemail with him at 10:00am. I called back at 4:00 to speak with the service manger left a message with the receptionist demanding to speak with a service manager still no call. Today frustrated I call corporate office and have filled a complaint. I recieved a call from my service provider and the service manager, and was told that they were going to charge me for a diagnostic fee again to find the issue. I requested a loaner car and they denied my request. I explained to the service manager my fiancé which was a veteran passed away last year on the 14th and it was my only wish to go and visit his grave this weekend with our daughter. Because of this horrific experience my car is still not fixed and we are left with no resolution. This horrible experience has caused me tremendous grief, I can't even begin to express the emotional pain this is causing me. I am so dissatisfied with life quality and hope no one will ever have to experience what I have. More
