I was involved in a minor accident and decided not to file a claim with my insurance company. I called BMW roadside assistance who would tow my car to the nearest BMW repair shop for free. My car was towed to Life Quality service center on 2nd Avenue and 61street in Brooklyn. I was told that I would have the car back in a week and that I could not get a loaner. Two weeks later I started to call and they could not answer any questions. Frustrated, I advised Life Quality to stop work and I would get the vehicle. I was told that the vehicle was sent to a body shop in Staten Island. So I was paying BMW prices for a small shop to repair. About a month after the accident, I went to pick up the car and noticed $75 for towing. Confused I asked why I was paying for towing since BMW towed for free. I was told that I had to pay to have the car towed to Staten Island, which is ridiculous since I did not ask for the car to be repaired in Staten Island. I suspect that LIfe Quality charges BMW prices, has a body shop in Staten Island do the work for less so Life Quality makes money for doing nothing. A $60,000 car is big investment. After reading these reviews go to the service center and ask the people waiting about their expereience. Also, call the service center and ask for a loaner. If you are satisfied with the responses then deal with Life Quality. More

I found him honest and trustworthy and he picked up on my 'practical' nature quickly and helped me find a model that suited me with calls from Alex. I purchased a 750Li X-Drive from Life Quality. Dennis Cropley was the associate I delt with. From the beginning of my experience, there was no pressure. When I sat down with Dennis, he was very courteous and very professional. He was knowledgeable and was able to explain various issues which I had. At the end, I made a decision, with his guidance. What I found to be surprising was that his manager Eric came out so great me, which usually doesn't happen in other dealerships. I received the car I ordered before the anticipated delivery date, which made me very happy. I was very impressed with the way the management and the associates run this dealership, as I have been a BMW customer for many years, purchasing from other dealerships in the area. At the end, I wound up with a great deal, and felt very comfortable doing business there. I can only say that I am now a Life Quality customer and will remain there and will only deal with Dennis.
