I purchased a 750Li X-Drive from Life Quality. Dennis Cropley was the associate I delt with. From the beginning of my experience, there was no pressure. When I sat down with Dennis, he was very courteous and very professional. He was knowledgeable and was able to explain various issues which I had. At the end, I made a decision, with his guidance. What I found to be surprising was that his manager Eric came out so great me, which usually doesn't happen in other dealerships. I received the car I ordered before the anticipated delivery date, which made me very happy. I was very impressed with the way the management and the associates run this dealership, as I have been a BMW customer for many years, purchasing from other dealerships in the area. At the end, I wound up with a great deal, and felt very comfortable doing business there. I can only say that I am now a Life Quality customer and will remain there and will only deal with Dennis. When I was in the 'looking' stage I was never pressured with calls from Alex. I found him honest and trustworthy and he picked up on my 'practical' nature quickly and helped me find a model that suited me with calls from Alex.
