I am amazed by the level and quality of service I got from Alex Gilkis at Life Quality BMW. He made the deal happen for me, delivered on everything he promised in record time. Spent an incredible amount of his time fussing over every detail until it was polished. Finally when the car arrived, pulled it aside at the dealership so it sat separate from the crowds and even people smoking outside. On the delivery day, positioned it right next to his desk, locked, watching eagle over it. Put wheel locks on it free of charge and even adjusted the tire pressure himself. Also, he knew I transferred my lease on my previous BMW to a different person before lease end. On his own initiative, he asked if I could have the new owner call him so that he could update BMW Assist for him. I bought many brand new cars before, different marques, this is my fourth BMW. This has to be by far the best car buying experience I ever had. I live in Brooklyn and usually go way out of my area to get a good deal and better service from sales. This was right at my doorstep. What can I say, It's not easy to leave me pleased. Alex delivered 100%. Sales Advisors like that make the dealership. I'm now a customer here and I didn't even consider a local dealer before. More

Mr. Gillis is honest and very professional person. I know him for more then 6 years. He had help me in getting several cars at LQ BMW. Having some medical issues for some time, my wife suggested that I buy new car to get me out of my blues. I am 70 years old and have recently retired as an inner city public high school teacher. I have diabetes, leukemia, heart problems, PTSD (Viet Nam 1967-68), and some vision loss. I contacted the Brooklyn BMW dealership, and I went in and met Kaz. Immediately I felt that Kaz was the type of person who empathized with me. Upon explaining why I wanted the 335i sports vehicle, he told me that he had the right car for me. He took me out to the back and showed me a black convertible 335i and said "you want to feel great, open this one up". We went for a test drive and sure enough, that sucker could go. I was told i needed to purchase a brand new tire bcuz the tire agreement that i pay for every month would not be honored, bcuz LIFE QUALITY does not deal wth this company. Spoke to claims at Dynamic Wheels and was told this dealership Life Quality just sold 3 or 4 contracts..NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!! Thanks for making my first experience so memorable!! will never visit this dealership again! More

Went to dealership just to look for a new vehicle did not expect to come out with a new X3. Working with Alex Lazebnik made car buying a pleasure.
