I felt very welcomed as I enter the service drive, I was very surprise at the drive services ,my car need it,the rest of the staff were very helpful. Brought vehicle back 3 times for same electrical problem, on the third time came to pick up the car as soon as I got in the vehicle I saw that the problem was not fixed. I spoke to the service manager nick on the third time came to pick up the car as soon as I got in the vehicle I saw that the problem was not fixed. I spoke to the service manager nick and he gave me back the loaner car... I was called later in the day and advised that all of a sudden the problem is being blamed on a fender bender accident three months ago..... Hmmmmm let's just blame it on the accident to the dented fender to causing the interior illumination flickering... I had to spend tolls three times to get there because I live in Staten Island, let alone the gas, time and aggravation.. ....I was told to pick up my vehicle and they wanted to charge me $200.00 diag fee after three times back and forth for the same problem, $31.00 for gas for the loaner that.......... THIS DEALER HAS A BIG PAIR OF xxxxx HOPE CONSUMERS READ THIS, THIS DEALERSHIP SUCKS SAVE YOUR AGGRAVATION AND MONEY AND GO TO JERSEY...... WHAT A MISTAKE BY ME TO GO TO LIFE QUALITY....... I have been dealing with Life Quality BMW since 2004 when I purchased my first car. From then to now I have had 4 purchases todate. Kaz has been my advisor through all my purchases. He is consistant, Friendl I purchased my first car. From then to now I have had 4 purchases todate. Kaz has been my advisor through all my purchases. He is consistant, Friendly, and has always offered me Legendary service. I have recommended him to several friends and family members. This last experience was no different. I called him up and in a matter of a week the wheels were turning and I was in my new vehicle! More

I didn't buy my car from Life Quality but I have used their service a couple of times and have been extremely disappointed. Their service department is so despicable that not only will I never utilize t their service a couple of times and have been extremely disappointed. Their service department is so despicable that not only will I never utilize their service again, but they make me think twice about purchasing a BMW in the future. My service advisor was Brendan B. He is a rude, obnoxious individual to put it as nicely as I can. He was sarcastic, inconsiderate and disrespectful! The manager Nick isn't any better. He never bothered to return one week's worth of attempts to contact him. He states on his invoice that a customer's satisfaction is his #1 concern, but his actions prove otherwise. He ignored my calls and my concerns. Life Quality's service is horrible!!!!!!!!! More
Anthony Miccio (CPO sales)is great, man of his word as for the service department..... Everyone how had a great expierience buying a new car, forget it when it comes time to servicing your purchase. I have owned several BMW cars since 2006. I have serviced my first BMW there and my first 2 trips were great. After that things went down hill fast. They damaged my car, loaners were hard to come buy and mos my first BMW there and my first 2 trips were great. After that things went down hill fast. They damaged my car, loaners were hard to come buy and most people who worked the where under the impression that they are doing you a favor by talking to you. So i stopped going there for a few years. After a purchased a 2012 5 serious i went in there to get some accessories and i ran into the owner. We got into a brief conversation and i shared my past experiences with him. He assured me that since the renovation everything is very different. I took my car in for service to that dealership and Luis was my adviser. Everything when supper smooth. I was pleasantly shocked that finally i dont have to take my car out of the city for service. Later i discovered that my problem was not fixed so i brought it back again. Once again supper smooth but once again the problem continued and my hood had a small dent on it. I brought it again however this time around the loaner was a bit of an issue. After my 3rd visit my problem was not fixed the hood was not repaired the communication was very poor. All i did was talk to Mr. Vera's voicemail and no one got back to me for hours. I was asked to speak to the manager and once again voicemail. As a result i stopped going there again. Despite my recommendation my father went there to have some fluid added and they told him that he has recalls and it will take at least 4 hours. He asked for a loaner, they said they dont have any, he asked for a ride home, they said they dont do that, he asked for a rental they said no,he asked if they will reimburse a cab ride home they said we can drop you off only with in 3 blocks. So then he says just add the fluid and i will come back for the recalls at another time... they said that ether we do everything or nothing. As he was trying to work something out another person said 'hey your son came in here making noise and now you are.... here are your keys your car is in the street so you better move it or you will get a ticket. Once he told me the story i called Wide World BMW and asked for service... they said no problem we will send a driver with a loaner to your location you will take the loaner and we will take your car. Once its done we will swap again. I told them that i live 65 miles away. They said "Sir its no problem at we will be happy to service your car" As a result of their superior service level i sent all my friends there who collectively bought 12 cars from them after the Hurricane and all 12 are extremely happy with the experience there. More
Kaz really made the difference in my purchase decision. When I realized I had to buy a new (or pre-owned) car, I did not look forward to dealing with stereotype car salespersons. After a week of looking at other dealerships I found the stereotype to be mostly true: salepersons rushing me and pushing the hard sell whether the car was right for me or not ("what can I do to put you in a new car TODAY"). After those experiences, it was reassuring to deal with someone like Kaz, whom I felt comfortable with and trusted. He was relaxed, informative, and forthright in showing me numerous BMWs and giving me test drives of the ones I was interested in. Most of all, he made me feel that I was not just buying a car TODAY, but entering into a relationship with him and with the Life Style BMW dealership. That is important in one of my biggest expenditures. Thanks Kaz! More
I am amazed by the level and quality of service I got from Alex Gilkis at Life Quality BMW. He made the deal happen for me, delivered on everything he promised in record time. Spent an incredible amount of his time fussing over every detail until it was polished. Finally when the car arrived, pulled it aside at the dealership so it sat separate from the crowds and even people smoking outside. On the delivery day, positioned it right next to his desk, locked, watching eagle over it. Put wheel locks on it free of charge and even adjusted the tire pressure himself. Also, he knew I transferred my lease on my previous BMW to a different person before lease end. On his own initiative, he asked if I could have the new owner call him so that he could update BMW Assist for him. I bought many brand new cars before, different marques, this is my fourth BMW. This has to be by far the best car buying experience I ever had. I live in Brooklyn and usually go way out of my area to get a good deal and better service from sales. This was right at my doorstep. What can I say, It's not easy to leave me pleased. Alex delivered 100%. Sales Advisors like that make the dealership. I'm now a customer here and I didn't even consider a local dealer before. More
Mr. Gillis is honest and very professional person. I know him for more then 6 years. He had help me in getting several cars at LQ BMW. That is why I continue to drive BMW (being Merceder customer before). And I wish all BMW personal will be like Mr. Gilkis. Very important, he has a very nice personality. And after a while, I become to see him more like a friend then sales person. I wish Alex's all the best in his professional as well as personal life, and hope we will continue to enjoy BMW for many years to come. More
