Colton was absolutely on point from the second we notified him of the check engine light issue. Right through greeting us at the door and helping us into a loaner and having our X3 back to us the ver notified him of the check engine light issue. Doesnt Quote Prices Online I've requested a price quote via BMW.com several times in the past, most recently on a M2 Competition. Their rep, Samantha, replies and will not prov I've requested a price quote via BMW.com several times in the past, most recently on a M2 Competition. Their rep, Samantha, replies and will not provide a price via email, instead tries to get you to come in. Her last email to me stated, "Lets Make A Date", attempting to get me in the door like most dealers like to do or get your number to call you, anything to avoid putting a number in writing so they can turn around and try something else.. I replied stating unless she is attempting to pull something then she should not have a problem providing price via email. As suspected, she did answer back. This is not the first time I've run into this with this dealership. It is typical of most dealerships, they will either try to get you in the door or get your number to call you, give you a price over the phone so they can turn around, try something else once you're face to face.. When our engine seized they wouldn't even look at the vehicle. They wanted oil change receipts from five years ago to prove that my husband been diligent about them. They didn’t even bother to look at the engine. Anyone who drives a BMW knows the car lets you know when any type of maintenance has to be done. Nick refused to honor our extended warranty, but insisted that he valued my husband’s business. Nick is a smug jerk and Karim is his flunky who didn’t even try to work something out with my husband who has been a customer for 6 years. My husband is a stand up, honest man. For him to be treated this way is just horrible! We will never ever buy anything from them again. More
This is by far the worst human being I have had the displeasure to deal with. Do not trust him he is a liar. He told me he would handle my issue and has continuously failed to answer my calls and then displeasure to deal with. Do not trust him he is a liar. This is not a manager I Hope BMW realizes that he is not a person that is fit to represent their company and see to it that he never does again. More

I strongly suggest that you research this service department before taking your precious vehicle there. I would avoid it at all costs. What happened to me was very consistent with other people, affected by lousy, unpredictable quality of work. I brought 2011 X3 for recall, during which something was done with my car's electronics, so that it stopped being able to pass the inspection. Documented. Nick Giordano, who is the manager, and other 3 people who I spoke on the phone were all saying "bring the car in and we'll determine if that's our fault". Then take a wild guess: none of them volunteered to admit it. Surprise, right? And then of course they never tried to determine that. Just told me that there was nothing they could do. Very consistent by other appalled who found out that BMW did more harm than good with their repairs. It cost me $700 to fix there what they had done to my car. Luckily my bank was able to reimburse me. Oh, and to complete the picture, Nick held my keys hostage to make me sign the bill. His exact words "You want the car? Gotta pay!". This happened at July 2019 at BMW of the whole Brooklyn. Sad. More

While looking for a specific car for my daughter, I decided to make the hour drive to Brooklyn. I was fortunate enough to have Derick as my salesman. His knowledge and patient were much appreciated by my daughter and I. He was very honest and did everything possible to ensure we got the best deal. I will definitely return to this dealership again to work with Derick when pursching another bmw in the future. More
