Ok, where do I start? To make a long story short, I was up in NY visiting some family. I was having such a bad week, but i knew that I had to get an oil change done before heading back to Florida. I was so up in NY visiting some family. I was having such a bad week, but i knew that I had to get an oil change done before heading back to Florida. I was so frustrated that with out even thinking about it I went to your dealer and took it out on poor Luis. Thinking back on it...if I was him, I would've punched myself out and lost my job that day. I was very vulgar and upset and going to your dealer was my therapy for that week. Luis didn't just service my car, but serviced my soul that day. To be honest I would've probably gotten into an arguement with my wife that day because I would've tried to take my frustration out on her as well. Lucky for our marraige, Luis intercepted my frustration and deflated it completely. Now that i"m in Florida I am a little upset however. I am upset I cant drive to NY every 3,000 miles and get Luis to take care of me. Maybe Luis will transfer to Florida one day and bless the industry here with his undivided attention to detail, empathy, compassion, understanding, and insant willingness and commitment to servicing his customers with such professionalism. Thank you BMW...and Luis...for not having me escorted out of the building and and litterally attending to my needs and going that extra mile. It costs at least $100 to talk to someone that can help you understand what you are going through, Luis did it for free...also probably because there's most likely no way you guys can charge for that(laughing). Thank you again BMW team, and God Bless!!! More
I went to The BMW service dept for an annual check up and was informed on some specials BMW was offering . I took advantage of the specials and got a full detail and an alignment on my car. Luis was very detailed with everything that was being done to my car. I have been to two other BMW centers and this was definitely the best experience I've had servicing my car. More

I called BMWNA to verify if my car is a Canadian market or US - the car was ordered and sold to a NY Upstate US dealership. EDIT: I got a call from Steven profusely apologizing and begging to get my car to the Service Department, offering a loaner as well. FOLLOW-UP: I also received a voice mail from the SA who was assigned, apologizing for his mistake. Obviously, the headquarters escalation put a pressure on the dealer - thank you BMWNA. I am removing the names of individuals involved. However, after this incident I am not feeling comfortable bringing my car for service to LQ BMW even though you are so conveniently located just a half a mile away. More
