I got my car in less than 15 minutes! Tell that to Geico! If you are like me you start your day with coffee, and I frequent a place across the street from my wife Michele's office in Bay Ridge Brooklyn. It is one block from Life Quality BMW on 4th Avenue. Wednesday morning I run into one of the nicest guys ever.. Dennis Cropley, who got us our last car, after a big hello's and I tell him "D...(it's what I call him) great to see you man, (insert big hug here)... I was just saying to Michele...I have to call you. I have to make an appointment with you, the lease on Michele's car is up this November" He says "Son" (he calls me that, the funny thing I could be his dad!!! I digress) "we have this great program going on through BMW called 'Pull Ahead' if you have 6 months or less we will get you into another car" He continues "You know, I will find you the best imaginable car within your budget" Needless to say I am intrigued...so I tell him I am going to talk to Michele, and I will call him" he pays for my coffee and goes on his way. This took about 5 minutes if you are keeping track. As any middle class family, you want the best rated car, at a great price, I am no different, but like most of us a car purchase is a major expense and it comes with certain angst. So I finally get a chance to tell my wife that night, on way home from her job and she tells me, "You should have told me earlier...we could have went today. OK let's do it, go see him tomorrow!" She talks I listen!! Thursday morning, I call him, he says "I have a great car for you, come in now" and I go to the dealership. Now if you have ever gone through the process you can be a little stressed during the steps of looking, trying to pick options, colors, etc. let me walk you through this one.... 11am I walk in, exchange hellos, hugs and handshakes 11:03 he describes the car, he explains the pricing with fees included in the payment or paid up front 11:05 I call my wife tell her the car, the deal & the payments, she says "Do it" 11:06 I tell him, get the paperwork started, he is already in motion 11:10 I am filling out & sign the paper work, the car is ours and being prepped for pick up, DONE! In about 12 minutes we are in a new car, now I am not going to get into specifics about price or any of the other particulars that are involved, lets just say that we have been driving BMW's since 1999, so being aware of their prices is in my wheelhouse. I have a fully loaded 2014 328i X-drive Turbo and I ain't crying about the payments...let's leave it at that! So that is my story of our new car, now this may not happen for everybody this fast for you, but when you have a guy like Dennis Cropley and the rest of the team at Life Quality BMW on your side, lets just say it's a no brainer!!!! The best sales and easiest lease ever!! Months and months of researching the best truck, we decided on the X3. I love this truck! LIFE QUALITY FOR SERVICE? ASK FOR BRENDEN! I usually don't write reviews but I feel that my recent experience with Brenden at Life Quality BMW service center has given me confidence to return t I usually don't write reviews but I feel that my recent experience with Brenden at Life Quality BMW service center has given me confidence to return to Life quality. I was not too fond of servicing my car at Life Quality BMW service at first because of my past experience with advisers and the environment of the place. I recently went in for an inspection, which should have been a quick job, but unfortunately one of the valets damaged my car and it needed to be repaired. Brenden quickly reached out to me and told me straight forward that the fault is on them and that it would be fully covered by them. Brenden was very professional in handling the situation, he gave me an exact date on when the repair will be finished and kept me updated. Long story, short, everything was handled perfectly and the car returned just the way Brenden promised, even received complementary service (free inspection) for the mishap. I really appreciate Brenden because I can tell he is a true car enthusiast (had our small car chat) and he understands the importance of how not having your car can effect your daily schedule. All in all, I would not accept any other adviser other then Brenden Belge. More
Best online purchase! I saw the car I wanted on autotrader.com and contacted the Life Quality BMW dealership immediately. Kaz was the person I dealt with. Kaz sent me detailed pictures of the car and all the information I needed. I bought the car without seeing it in person. I had the car shipped to me and there were no surprises when I got it. I am happy with my purchase and would certainly recommend working with Kaz and this dealership. More
Brenden goes the extra mile I had a bad experience with LifeQuality in the past as was reluctant to visit this location, however my oil service light came on for my 2014 550i BMW I had a bad experience with LifeQuality in the past as was reluctant to visit this location, however my oil service light came on for my 2014 550i BMW so I called the nearest Dealership and I was told by the receptionist at LifeQuality that if it was not a scheduled visit, I would have to pay for the oil. When I arrived at the Dealership, I asked to speak to a Manager and that's where Brenden stepped in. Brenden quickly assessed the situation and take complete ownership! Noticing that my car was only a month old, Brenden told me more about the condition of the issue than the Dealership I purchased the car from! His explanation was clear, concise and as a layman, I actually learned more about my vehicle and was grateful for his patience and professionalism. After determining the issue with my vehicle, Brenden told me that he added 1 quart of oil (at no charge) and recommended that I follow up with him in 1 week! Based on my experience with Brenden, I would definitely consider returning to LifeQuality for my next BMW purchase (this is my 6th BMW) because he took the time to deal with me as a person and resolved my issue. As Tom Landry once stated "there are no traffic jams on the last mile! Thanks to Brenden...I my last mile was smooth sailing! Thank you Brenden...You are the Best! Regards, James A More

Just Leased my Third BMW from Life Quality. I just picked up a 435i xdrive on 4/22. As usual I dealt with Rich Mac. I've never dealt with anyone who pays attention to detail like Rich does. I've never felt more comfortable leasing a car. The transaction was painless, no pressure thanks to the sales manager. By the way the 435 coupe is an awesome machine. I had two 335 coupes prior to this one and so far I have to say that the 435 is in a class by itself. As always, I'm looking forward to my next BMW from Life Quality in 2017. More

Best experience Called LifeQuality for a CPO Bmw X5 & spoke with Mr.Kaz Zahrieh. Long story short I purchased a CPO x5 same day. I have no doubt that the sales department of Life Quality BMW would be a great experience but their service center is by far the WORST service center I have ever dealt with. Although the representatives tha BMW would be a great experience but their service center is by far the WORST service center I have ever dealt with. Although the representatives that answer the phone are pleasant, they have no information and can't help in any way. They simply take a message or transfer the call to the advisor, which is always either with clients or on the phone. After bringing my car in at 8:00am, I never received a call that day nor could not get the advisor on the phone. When I call the next morning, I was told that I had to wait until after 11:00am to reach my advisor because he was taking in cars for that days service. I called back at a few more times and my advisor was either on the phone or with a client. It was 3:00pm when I found out what was wrong with the car and what was going to be done to fix it. No problem - Right? Wrong. I called back the next day to find out what time I could pick up my car and was told that they did not have the part and it would take two days to get it. Sure the advisor was pleasant but with the amount of cars coming in and out, advisors do not have enough time to devote to ANY client. My simple fix, which should have taken 4 hours, took 6 days. More advisors are needed, but my guess is that the Life Quality BMW Service Center does not care about how quickly cars are serviced or about the customer service experience. I will never use this service center again - and I would warn anyone else who does. More
