Red carpet rolled out-type of service! I drove my 5 series through the pothole-infested BQE, blasted my front tire had to be towed by roadside assistance (first time). Good thing I invested I drove my 5 series through the pothole-infested BQE, blasted my front tire had to be towed by roadside assistance (first time). Good thing I invested in tire protection. At first I thought I was going to be in the service department all day, but to my surprise, from tow to finish, I was out within two hours with a washed car included. I would like to commend the entire service staff at Life Quality, especially Nick and Neill. Thanks for a superb job! More

Always a nightmare at this service department Dropped off my car for a major maintenance plus I had a few things I wanted them to look at. All the maintenance was done fine and properly. My windshield wipers were going on and off on their own and asked them to fix. Couldn't reproduce problem, it happens every day! Transmission doesn't feel right, can't reproduce problem. Whenever you go there for something non maintenance that would be covered under the warranty they cant fix it or find it. I drove off the wipers started moving I give up with this place. Here's the kicker get home and see my back bumper is dented like it hit another car parking or hit a pole. I call up and asked if they took pictures of the car before they took it in they said yes. I said look at my bumper it came into you guys in perfect condition i'll send you current pics. I get a call back to bring it back and they "might" fix it i said might and then he said will fix it. only problem is no loaner for 3 weeks so i have to drive around with damage now. I wouldn't come here for your service go elsewhere. It's a shame because Brett in new car sales is the nicest guy and I would buy a car from him over and over again but the service department is probably the worst i've ever been to. More
