Undoubtedly the worst CPO delivery experience ever Purchasing our CPO X3 was a terrible experience. While pricing is slightly better than average, the sales team is careless and not competent. We left a deposit on Sunday 8/3 and requested that some touch up items with driver seat and exterior paint be taken care of. We were assured by salesman never responded to our emails for status updates nor did he return our phone call. We engaged the CPO sales manager who assured us the work would be done. On Saturday 8/9, we traveled over an hour to pick up the car. NONE of the items were taken care of. The salesman admitted he did not follow up to ensure the work had been done. He claimed they paid for the work but it was not done. We agreed to come back the next weekend to pick up the car. On 8/16 we traveled over an hour again to pick up the car. The seat had been done but none of the exterior paint items had been done. The salesman's comment was, "Is our prep department the best? No". The sales manger promised us a full tank of gas but this was not done. The car was delivered without floor mats. There was not owners manual or document holder provided. There was no CPO checklist provided. We have owned 2 CPO cars before and know what a good delivery experience is. This dealership is highly incompetent and not trustworthy. More

Brett Laslie, a Senior Client Advisor at Life Quality BMW, is by far among the most professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and fair and open professionals you will encounter anywhere in the industry. I put Brett in the top 1%. You can look as long and hard as you might in the NY state and surrounding areas, but if you are a serious consumer in the market to buy or lease a BMW and want (and understand) the fairest balance of price, quality and service. I recommend that go see Brett Laslie at Life Quality BMW. More
Worst BMW Dealer!!! I made an appointment because my seatbelt sensor had been recalled. I was given an appointment immediately but was told that it would take a couple o I made an appointment because my seatbelt sensor had been recalled. I was given an appointment immediately but was told that it would take a couple of days. Since the recall stated that the actual job would only take 3 hours, I assumed that a couple of days wouldn't be anymore than 2-3. On the 4th day having not heard from my service representative Robert Gilberto, I called him. After having called 4 times I finally got him on the 5th attempt. At that point he insisted that I had only bought in the vehicle the previous day and he had the paperwork to prove it. I also had the paperwork to prove it and I had dropped off the vehicle myself. Not wanting to argue an endless point with an obvious liar, I simply wanted to know when my vehicle would be ready. He then went on to tell me how dangerous it was to drive like that because the airbag could go off at any time. He then told me it would be ready on Monday. This would be the 6th day they had the vehicle). I was pissed because I had an out of sate race coming up on Sunday. Nonetheless, I knew I needed the vehicle to be fixed so I said ok. On Monday I called Robert a total of 6 times and he did not respond to my messages. I then called the dealer's direct line, ( asked to speak with a manager and was told no one was available to speak with me at the time. Approximately 3 hours later Nick Giordano called me back. Representing himself as the manager and Told me Robert was not in for the day. I explained that I needed an update on my vehicle and he gave me a bunch of additional excuses then told me my car would be ready at mid afternoon the following day. Also that he would have Robert give me a call. At approximately 12 midday I started calling and let several messages for both Robert and Nick. I called up until about 3 p m but when no one responded to me or returned my call I went to the dealer on my bike. When I got there Robert was just sitting at his desk. I then said that I had been calling all day and had left several messages. He said, " oh you're Donna Richards". He then wasted his time telling me about a bunch of other issues my car supposedly had and called the service dept for them to bring the car up front. I knew something wasn't right because, he kept saying, "yeah that one". I waited an additional 30 mins before they brought the vehicle. At that point I was told that it hadn't bee washed and if I wanted them to do it. Of course as frustrated as I was, I refused. What bothers me most is that, I'm not sure whether or not they even replaced the sensor. When there is no one in the passenger side the seat belt alarm still goes off. More

Good Service My back up camera was dislodged and my service advisor did the service himself . The service was swift and even my windshield wiper was fixed. Ross is AMAZING! It was my first time buying a car and Ross couldn't have made it any easier. He is extremely nice and funny.
