His professionalism and knowledge assured me I was making the right decisions. When the vehicle of my choice had mechanical issues during prep, Kaz and his team, at the cost of losing a sale, actually refused to sell me a car that hinted of future problems. Life Quality's great inventory helped us find an equivalent to better vehicle at a better price. You know a dealer values customers first when the salesperson refuses to sell you a particular vehicle that may have future issues. Un-believable! Kaz is the best! More

Alex was absolutely outstanding as a salesperson, but I've already reviewed that aspect of our relationship. But to reiterate just a small part of what I said, I would recommend Alex to anyone and everyone walking into that showroom. He is totally knowledgeable across models, professional in every respect, and just the nicest person you will meet in or out of a dealership. This review is about my post sale experience. I now have 106 miles on my car (I don't drive all that much) and have had two car issues to date that were, in fact, non-issues. But in both instances Alex was there for me. The first issue I'll call, "So where did the gas go?" My car stopped dead in its tracks a few weeks ago. It was brought into BMW and I was told that it was bone dry. Well, I had just filled the tank a few days before and driven maybe 10 miles since, so my question was, "Where did the gas go?" No one at BMW could answer that question, but Alex had a scenario that I could understand and accept and take personal responsibility for. It seems that I might not have turned off the car. Since I've never had a keyless starter, I could see that happening. If the car was running, the gas would get used up. So that's where the gas could have gone. But the point of this is that Alex was the only person who could offer a reasonable explanation of what might have happened to the gas. The service department had no explanation and BMW Corporate Service had no explanation. But Alex did and that gave me the confidence I needed to get back in that car. Today, just a week later, I got a low tire warning on the dashboard. I called Alex and he suggested I come in to the dealership before going to service because he thought that just maybe the tires were fine. He did his own diagnostics, drove the car around for about 30 minutes until the tire diagnostic could reset and found that the tires were fine. Apparently the computer is very sensitive to weather changes and this particular warning can come up if it gets cold. So that might be the end of the story, except that Alex also filled my tires with air, since they should be fuller in the winter. And he also showed me how do my own diagnostics if it ever happened again. All of this just goes to show you how terrific Alex is before and after purchase. He goes well beyond what anyone would expect after sale, and can always be relied upon. As a single woman, way too old one might think for the car I bought (but I'm having an old age crisis), having someone like Alex to rely upon is very important. So thank you Alex. You are really very special. Thanks also to all the folks at Life Quality who have taken the time to help and explain my new car to me. Thanks in particular to Michael Papazoglou, the techie at the dealership and to Robert Madalon in the service department. In fact, BRAVO to all the nice folk at Life Quality, both at the dealership and at the service center. I'm so glad I bought a BMW!!!! More

Try to call them and leave few messages and no one return my call. What kind of business place don't return customer calls? More
