Raymond--Customer service is important to us, so I'm sorry we couldn't come to a mutual agreement, even after speaking with multiple people at our dealership. As mentioned, the credit card can be removed, and we're disappointed to see that this addition to your experience changed your previously posted positive experience into a negative one. Not every client has the opportunity to receive this credit card, only those with superior credit, but it is no trouble to cancel the card, if that is what you wish. We can't make your first months payment for you, but please let us know if you need more help going over your vehicle or the paperwork you signed.
