Extremly Satified Repeat Customer I have been buying ceritified pre-owned BMW luxury cars from Life Quality BMW dealership since 2003. In 2007 I traded my 2003 BMW & leased a 2007 BMW I have been buying ceritified pre-owned BMW luxury cars from Life Quality BMW dealership since 2003. In 2007 I traded my 2003 BMW & leased a 2007 BMW. When the lease agreement was up in 2010 I requested to purchase my 2007 BMW. I enjoyed my 2007 BMW from 2007 to 2015 when I decidedd that I wanted to go back to leasing. Yesterday w/ a long term established relationship w/ this dealership and I called one of Life Qualities Associates (Kaz Zahrieh) & told him that I wanted to a new BMW. With absolutely no problems /issues I was able to turn in my 2007 BMW and lease a brand new beautiful 428I luxury model sedan and drive out of the dealership w/ my new car the same day. I just want to congratulate Kaz & Life Quality dealership for thier tremendous customer satisfaction skills that they have demonstrated to me & my family for over 12 years. She also thoroughly reviewed what needed to be looked at and assured me that she would contact me upon completion of the service. An hour or so later I received a text that my car was ready! Melissa reviewed the completed service and asked if I had any other concerns. Very professional, friendly and thorough. Oh, and my car came back to me all washed and ready to go!
