Susan and Nick were very informative and accommodating. Any issues that I had were addressed immediately and they kept me in the loop at all times. I was even able to speak to the shop foreman and ask questions in regards to the damage my vehicle had incurred. I truly believe Life Quality BMW tries to establish a lasting relationship with their customers. I would not hesitate to visit them again for any future car troubles due to their great communication and professionalism. More

When I explained everything to Louis in the service area he asked very specific questions about when, how, what it felt like and brought that info to the technician. The root cause was one rotor that had less thickness than the others! More
Horrible Service Department - Stay Away If you complete your service survey honestly expect the advisor to call and berate you on the phone. My car just came off warranty and spent a week in service because parts weren't ordered timely and getting hold of the advisor was like a parent trying to reach his teenage son. He would never get back to you unless I called a couple of times!! Dont expect a call from Kerry Bruno or Nick Giordano, the service manager. They don't care about the quality of service you receive. They will send a classless email with an empty apology as a result of the poor service received. If you however want to be berated on the phone fill on the survey honestly and the advisor will call you as soon as you press submit. Good luck, you have been warned! More

My service advisor, Neill Garoogian was charming (I like charming), very friendly, totally professional and expedient. From the time I drove in to the time I left, everyone I met at this center was competent and friendly. These are really nice people (I also like nice, which always goes a long way). This was my first scheduled service visit. All of the usual points were covered and explained (oil change, etc.), my technical / computer questions were answered and/or handled and I never felt that I was asking for something really dumb (which I'm sure I was), or outside of what was covered. Before I left, my car was washed and inspected. The inspection was totally unexpected. I didn't even realize it was due, so that was a real nice extra. Just that they noticed and did it says tons about this service center. Thanks to all for a very pleasant and painless experience, and thanks especially to Neill, who I hope will be my service advisor for as long as I own my new 435i BMW convertible. Love my car !!!! More
BEST EXPERIENCE WITH BMW SERVICE DEPT I EVER HAD!!!!!! let me first start off by saying Karim RIchards was by far the best service rep i have EVER worked with. Very honest and intelligent about his work and bmw. Before going to Karim i was honestly considering giving up my car and going to another maker. He didnt only fix the problem with my car but also restored my faith in the ultimate driving machine and now i wont be looking anywhere else. Karim if you can see this you are the best and thank you for the wonderful experience. The icing on the cake was not only getting my car fixed but also seeing that managers was also involved and was willing to use all his resources to get resolved and Nick Giordano was the first manager to ever come out and talk to me face to face since having my car for 3 years. He assured me problem would be fixed as well and he kept his word. Nick if you can see this as wel you are have a big part of my wonderful experience as karim. BMW of North America if you are reading this this place as a whole shows that its not only about work that is done to fix but communication they provided was great. They deserve a raise :) More

He took great care to make sure I was satisfied and even washed the car for me before returning it, wait time was short and service was great. Very happy with my choice to purchase from this dealership and will continue to do so in the future and to recommend to others with no hesitation. More

"CPO Sales Staff...The Greatest" What can I say...these guys are wonderful, I have tried the patience of many sale advisors at different dealerships in my month and a half search to f What can I say...these guys are wonderful, I have tried the patience of many sale advisors at different dealerships in my month and a half search to find the perfect (is it really possible?) CPO car for me. Soon as I stepped into LifeQuality and introduced myself to Kaz I felt a sense of trust, straight talk, no nonsense, happy to help me whether I was making a purchase or not. He let me be free to make any decisions without being over my shoulder allowed me a rather long test drive on a 335i and was sincerely pleasant and understanding when I left and said I would get back to him. On my next visit Kaz was not there but I was eagerly helped by Vlad who was very relaxed and informative and further instilled a sense of sincerity and concern FOR ME to find a car that would satisfy and also Craig (the Manager). Craig and I spoke price and financing and when I began to feel a little edgy about monthly payments in his concern for me to be comfortable with these payments he took time to do some research and came up with a very creative way for payments to fit my budget and be less costly overall. Once again I said I would get back to them, once again they were sincerely fine with this...I was really impressed with how these men work in harmony in treating customers with a genuine concern. I did return and I did make the purchase of the 335i, they even filled up the gas tank...I am extremely happy with my purchase and with Kaz and Vlad and Craig, even the finance guy Rodney straight forward and friendly. Follow up from Kaz see if everything was good was reassuring and he even offered to help with an issue which was above and beyond their responsibilities....No xx here...just lots of Integrity!
