Hakim Richards - Takes his job seriously I purchased my 2012 X5 new from Life Quality and I always dreaded bringing my car in for service. The previous employees I dealt with were horrible a I purchased my 2012 X5 new from Life Quality and I always dreaded bringing my car in for service. The previous employees I dealt with were horrible and I find it very hard to trust that the will take the best care of my car. I am happy to say that my opinion about Life Quality improved after dealing with Karim Richards. Last week, I brought my car in at 8:30am for engine noise and loose main pulley and defective sheet metal on the console. About 4pm I receive a call from Karim that my car was ready. When I check my car, all the work was completed as discussed with Karim and there were no issues. No scratches or scuff marks. Also, Coro help me with the loaner. The 535 was ready and waiting. When I told her I would prefer is 328i because I am thinking about buying one, she was very willing to try to get me one. Guys, keep up the good work, your customers do recognize it and appreciate it. More
Service I would stay away from this dealership. I don't understand if you are out of town why would it take such an unpleasant experience and a hard effort to I would stay away from this dealership. I don't understand if you are out of town why would it take such an unpleasant experience and a hard effort to get your brand new BMW serviced any dealership in the country especially everything is under warranty including tire insurance. Life quality is a special place with a low quality unpleasant service. More

He went over with me other services my car would need in the future and he didn't try to push anything on me that I didn't need. He's very knowledgeable on all service issues and how the car itself operates. I was very impressed. He's kind, courteous and doesn't rush you. He answer all questions you have. He kept updating me on when my car will be ready while I was waiting in the waiting area. In all my years of dealing with service advisors, Luis is the best! I will be bringing my car back in the future and can say that I have confidence that they will do an excellent job in making sure my car runs at optimal performance. More

I do not have the most knowledge of car parts or functions, but Luis took my family and myself and really explained everything that was wrong in a language we could understand. I truly felt like he cared about us and he took his time and never rushed us. That is what customer service is about-making us feel comfortable and valued. When I had to bring in my car the second time, since he already knew me, Luis was able to help us quicker and I really appreciated that. I knew we were getting a great price and deal as well because no other car dealership had the low price that was offered to us. Overall I had a great experience due to Luis and would recommend everyone to come here for all their car troubles. More

Who would have though it would be from Brooklyn (of all places)? Anyways, called Alex and he told me that yes, the information that was listed online was accurate. They were selling their i8 for base price. This was pretty crazy to me, being from California since I had been to like 3-4 dealerships who were charging like 20-50k over MSRP. San Francisco BMW wanted $995k for the i8 (about a year ago)…ridiculous! He was very straight forward. We communicated mostly via e-mail and a bit on the phone. Great guy and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase more high end vehicles from Alex! A++++ More
