He located my car from another dealership as I couldn't wait to order one due to my previous Mercedes being declared a lemon. He gave me excellent pricing that other dealerships weren't offering and he answered my extensive amount of questions and always made sure I was happy and taken care of. More

Bestttttttt service!!!! Ive had my X5 for 3 months and someone in my family "accidently" spilled coffee all over my seat ruining my seat controls. I took it in IMMEDIATELY an Ive had my X5 for 3 months and someone in my family "accidently" spilled coffee all over my seat ruining my seat controls. I took it in IMMEDIATELY and Luis Vera was so incredibly polite and empathetic. He not only ordered my part free of charge which is NOT covered under warranty, he also serviced my car without me even asking!!! Mind you this was over Labor Day Weekend and didnt even have an issue gettinf a loaner. Great service and I would recommend Luis to anyone needed help!!! More

First I should note that I have never felt the need to write a review about any experience that I have had in the past, however, I felt compelled my present experience to express how I feel. I left my car at the service center on 08/12/2015 to have one of the rims replaced. A few hours later I received a call from my services representative (melissa singh) stating that there was an accident involving my car (driven by a worker) and that the bumper was damaged. Today is 09/01/2015 more than two weeks since a left my car has been at the service center and no one has reached out to me to give me an update on my car. my service rep does not return any of my calls, the managers does not return my calls nor do they respond to my messages. It is very frustration to realize that I am been treated like this from a large and reputable car dealership such as Life Quality. I consider the service to be terrible and very unprofessional. More
