Not an enjoyable negotiating experience I went to see Russell and Vlad about a CPO BMW. After a bit of negotiating they didn't give me the price I wanted for my car. I went to Open Road BMW I went to see Russell and Vlad about a CPO BMW. After a bit of negotiating they didn't give me the price I wanted for my car. I went to Open Road BMW in NJ and they offered me $1500 more off the bat without any negotiating. I saw what a real pleasure buying a German luxury car could and should be like at Open Road but unfortunately they didn't have the car I was looking for. So I went back to Life Quality and told them what Open Road offered me so they said we can't do more than $500 less than what they offered. I said no way, and then they finally agreed to match the full offer of Open Road. I can't give a good review to a dealership that lied to my face about the value of my car by an amount enough to make you angry, especially when I'm buying a very expensive luxury car from them. Buying a luxury car shouldn't be like this. More
