Check engine light I decided to test the A/C on a warm Sunday but instead of cool air the car was blowing hot air and the check engine light was on. I called the service I decided to test the A/C on a warm Sunday but instead of cool air the car was blowing hot air and the check engine light was on. I called the service center to make an appointment to service the car and reserve a loaner vehicle (normally it's a 4-6 week wait. I was pleasantly surprised at only a 4 day wait. I met with my service advisor, Karim on Wednesday @ 2pm and was able to pick-up my car the following day @ 5pm. All issues were resolved and the car was washed and waiting for me @ the entrance. You can't ask for better service, I also have to thank the loaner representative for her cordial service. More
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY OF REPAIRS They installed an engine under warranty in my 2011 750i at 42k miles. At 58k miles my transmission failed because it was not properly refilled. It wa They installed an engine under warranty in my 2011 750i at 42k miles. At 58k miles my transmission failed because it was not properly refilled. It was down 2 quarts of transmission fluid and my current BMW dealer did not find any signs of leaks. Transmission fluid just doesn't evaporate!! And they were the last dealer to touch the vehicle. Now this dealer wants nothing to do with taking responsibility for the poor workmanship. Nick the service manager stated there is nothing he can do for me. I am now dealing with the NY Dept of Motor Vehicle, BBB, Consumer Protection and BMW of North America to hopefully get this resolved. The diagnosis has been noted by my current dealership in CT as a case of poor workmanship by Life Quality BMW. 15k miles after this dealership replaced my engine and failed to refill the fluids properly I am stuck out of warranty with a hefty bill to replace my transmission. More
You only need a few minutes to strike a great deal. I have purchased or leased about 12 new cars in my like and Mr Miccio is the BEST Salesman by far i had to deal with. More

As a new replacement tire had to be ordered, he keep me informed and followed up with timely telephone updates on the status at hand. I am very pleased with the level of service that he has given me and would recommend Karim & BMW Life Quality for service without any hesitation. More
