Mo (don't know his last name) did NOT give me a high pressured sales pitch to purchase extras at the end of the deal. He presented them fairly and let me decide. I could not have found the entire leasing experience easier and enjoyable and I would definitely return to Life Quality and my sales associate for my next lease. I recommend them highly. More

He did everything he could to make sure I was not only happy with the leasing of my new X1 but that it was exactly what I wanted and in my budget. Alex Gilkis was not interested in only making a sale, but he wanted to make sure that I was getting a car that I could afford and that would best suit my needs. Never at any point did I feel pressured to buy. In fact it was quite the opposite. He was very patient with me, kind, and compassionate, and accommodating. I told Alex that I was on a time limit to when I had to pick up my car, and he set it up so that I was in and out of the Financial office in a very timely manner. Alex Gilkis, also took the time to show me every aspect of my new car and was very patient with me when I could not get the "foot thing" to open the trunk. Alex did not mind showing me many times how to do it and allowed me to practice. I would recommend Alex Gilkis to anyone I know wanting to buy a car and I will definitely buy from him again when looking to make another purchase. Alex Gilkis is truly a blessing and a sales person of good moral character. More

Beware of Life Quality Service Center BMW of Brooklyn One tire keep losing air and I complained about it many times. I expected to have it fix or replaced because I have my tires & rims insurance. I serv One tire keep losing air and I complained about it many times. I expected to have it fix or replaced because I have my tires & rims insurance. I serviced with Life Quality Service Center BMW of Brooklyn 4 times for the issue. Found nothing and returned the car for me, Susan Jogie the service advisor told me to go else where like a tire shop to double check the tire if I don't trust them?! I decided to switch service center to Manhattan BMW. The experience is totally day and night. Manhattan BMW service center found a tiny hole in the thread of the tire. Replaced the tire, no question ask. Quick turnaround. Beware of Life Quality Service Center BMW of Brooklyn! More

The Worst Dealership Life Quality BMW is a terrible dealership! The Manager Nick Giordano is not a friendly man, he's very obnoxious and doesn't care for his costumers.
