Kameron, You did place a factory order with us and then, when you shopped for a better price, we beat that price in order to keep your business. When you cancelled your factory order, we refunded your deposit, even though our policy clearly states that factory order deposits are non-refundable. I came to your dealership to explain the reason for the cancellation to your sales team and no one including your Sales Manger did not want to discuss anything I had to say. I came back two days after your team made the refund so I can give it right back and close a deal but you guys wont even let me lease the car that I ordered. The car is still fresh in your inventory as we speak and from my understanding and business is meant to make money. I have the money and am willing to close the deal right now but now I am shunned from your dealership because your salesman and manger took the refund too personal. And this is aside from your dealership not being honest with me and telling me I was approved for only a percentage of financing. You dont work hard to do right by your clients and you guys do not care enough because we are discussing this matter over the Internet only because you dont want bad publicity. This is the type of business that makes me not even want a BMW.
