Not so courteous I purchased my X5 from Life Quality BMW of Brooklyn NY. From the beginning the overall experience was a nightmare, first they delivered a scratched I purchased my X5 from Life Quality BMW of Brooklyn NY. From the beginning the overall experience was a nightmare, first they delivered a scratched up brand new car that was dirty. Now the vehicle needed to be serviced,the technician discovered that transmission had an oil leak.My service advisor Chris informed Me that BMW had authorized a new transmission replacement.The service department furnished me with a X5 for a loaner however A couple of days later Chris called me and demanded that I return the loaner car. The initial reason he gave Me was that because the part was on back order they couldn't have Me driving their loaner car for so long, however they did offer me a rent a car that they would pay for. That was ok but when I told them I was going to be away for a week and couldn't return the vehicle until I return from My vacation they had someone call me (Maria) on a daily basis harassing me while I was on vacation demanding that I bring back their loaner immediately. Maria Now had offered Me a new reason for the urgency to return the loaner car. Now the new reason was that the X5 that they loaned Me was in fact sold and that they needed the car back so that it can be Delivered to its new owner, I thought that's interesting. In fact Life Quality BMW was so Adamant and insistent that they offered to send someone out to repossess the vehicle with their spare key. Again I promised to return the car which had I had installed my kids car seats in on Thursday as soon as I was back from my trip. It became clear that they just wanted the vehicle back not because it was sold but because they just didn't want to have it out for an extended period while the part to my vehicle was on order.Totally Understandable However there's no need to lie about it! And no need to harass and inconvenience your customers, After all This is BMW and this dealership and it's deceitful cost cutting methods should learn to respect its customers. After all of this it went from bad to worse as promised I returned the loaner as soon as I got back from my trip. When I showed up at the service department Chris had the car checked in and he sent out for the rental car company to come pick me up, I was brought to a Enteprise rental lot on 64th street in Brooklyn with a trailer office on the lot, then I was charged a deposit for the rental and realized that I didn't have my wallet so I had to return to the dealer service department, now Chris call me a cab to take me home, I collect my wallet and my wife drives me to Enteprise Rental to finish the rental agreement, the representative tells me that Life Quality will only pay for a compact sedan, I have two small children one of which is a special needs pediatric cancer patient. I need an SUV so I call Chris at Life Quality and ask if they could upgrade me to an SUV Chris then called Nick Giordano who said promptly denied To authorize a $12 addition to the daily rental rate for the SUV upgrade so cheesy I made my skin crawl. Talk about courtesy you ain't getting none from this Service Manager! Prior to this issue I even reached out to Nick Giordano and left a detailed voice message so that I can share with him my point of view and my experience with this matter, He didn't even bother to return My call again no courtesy there. It Looks like Life Quality BMW feels that because they have the only BMW dealership in Brooklyn it's their position that regardless of what some customers think they will just keep on rolling, so what if they have a few disgruntled customers that speak up! Overall Life Quality BMW is Not a place where privileged clientele will be treated with the high level of service that they deserve and are used to. No better than a back street user car dealer. A sensor problem warning came on and he stated someone would call me the next day to go over car. No one called. I called dealership numerous time to ask to speak with sales manager. As per front desk he/she was never available. Leasing person contacted dealership for me. No call back. Called BMW of North America hopefully that will prompt a call back. To many good BMW dealerships to buy from here. Why was a car delivered with a warning light on?? They don't care is the answer! More

Absolutely disappointed with Mike Ryan's service. In the beginning, he was playing with his phone and didn't seem to care about his sales. He never introduced himself. Prices he offered were great so I couldn't walk away even though he's extremely unprofessional. I had to call into the office the next day, describing his face to actually know his name because like I said, he never introduced himself. After about 2 weeks, I finally settled into a deal with him. The car that I wanted was sold over the weekends, ok that's fine. His response was, "Well, it's been two weeks since we starting speaking." But he was so unresponsive and didn't actually call us on his own. We have to call him and rush him to find out more information. Then, we settled on the next car that he promised that he will call us in a couple of hours to confirm he can trade with another dealer. We did not hear a word from him on that day, gave him 5 calls the next day, still no news. Third day came and we had to call him over and over to locate him to hear him say he will give us a refund ..... what? So so disappointed. Such a waste of time. I was so ready for my new ride. He's unreliable, unprofessional and unresponsive. Stay away from this salesman. More

After having some misunderstandings with the service advisor the Service Manager Nick got involved and took care of the situation and i was very happy. He arranged for me rental car because my car couldn't get fixed till the next day. Thanks Again Nick More

The car for me sells itself the product is beautiful, It was a no brained for me to get myself into a BMW. Catherine treated me so kindly and had answers for all my questions. She was so respectful and lovely to work with, she's the best BMW has to offer. More

I would only refer people to go to Anthony, and I wouldn't get a BMW anywhere less except for life quality. Terrible Service This service center is the worst. I bought a BMW in part for the service reputation at their dealerships. Boy am I disappointed. I called to get an This service center is the worst. I bought a BMW in part for the service reputation at their dealerships. Boy am I disappointed. I called to get an estimate and the manager of the service department tells me they don't give estimates over the phone. I ask him to connect me to Dan, my service manager. Dan is away from his desk. They leave him a message and he never calls back. Day 2 I call and leave 2 messages and I get no call back. Day 3 I leave a message on their internet sales page and finally a woman from that department calls me back and connects me directly to Dan's desk. His response is "Anthony told you we don't give estimates over the phone." To me, good customer service CALLS CUSTOMERS BACK after a 3rd message regardless of the initial communication. He tells me they have to diagnose what's wrong with the car so can't give estimates. I already know what's wrong with the car. Another mechanic told me what's wrong with the car. The hood cord to pop the front open has snapped and I know it's a complicated repair because of the panels, etc. So he challenges me and asks if the latch is broken too (because of course I can't possibly know what I'm talking about to try to get a little information before wasting my whole day at the BMW service center getting a diagnosis I already have). Finally he tells me that it will cost between $600 and $800 to repair that kind of a problem. That is money this service center will not be getting from me. I will take the car to a mechanic that actually appreciates my business and understands that they are not the only game in town. More

Totallt don't even recommend this dealership to anyone too, people don't wast your money at this dealership.. ANDY TSE is a big liar with no heart, all he try's to do is to ripped you off like xxx and take all of your money.. No one in this dealership is friendly or even try to help.. I'm surprised this dealership is not shut down for business yet.. I hope they close for poor customer service.. now these day customer service is everything, it's the number #1 priority of keeping you business on going.. I will keep writing review until this dealership gets shut down.. and I will spread the rumor until this dealership gets shut down.. overall ANDY TSE should get fire.. More
