Rude and unprofessional I was notified by BMW that my BMW Assist was to be disconnected, and was offered a 200$ prepaid Visa card in exchange for the inconvenience. To fulfil I was notified by BMW that my BMW Assist was to be disconnected, and was offered a 200$ prepaid Visa card in exchange for the inconvenience. To fulfill the terms, I had to bring my car in to the dealership, which I did. After my BMW Assist was disconnected, I was told that, "we aren't doing the vouchers anymore". I returned home and called BMW, who said no, in fact, the voucher program was still valid, and would be valid until the next year. I called the Nick but got no response until I threatened to contact his supervisor. Of course then he called back within ten minutes, but was rude, offered no apology for the mix up, and was lackadaisical about offering a solution. He even implied that I'd have to return to the dealership. Nick Giordano is the sort of employee that kills a dealership like LQBMW. In any case, I'm done with them. Meanwhile, I've contacted the BMW corporate headquarters, who were very gracious and apologetic, and have pledged to resolve the issue. More

What a rip off! Herein lies the problems with my whole experience at this shop; The sheer ineptitude and arrogance of the service department is an embarrassment. Their way of operation to gouge the owners and BMW is what gives dealership services the bad reputation. They charged fees for services not rendered and lied about it. The disrespect and disregard of the value of customers’ time, money and energy. Lesson learned, hope this helps you in anyway when decided where to take your BMW for service. More

I am happy to be with BMW About 6 month ago I shared my impression of the experience of getting a new BMW X1 on the fields of this very useful website. It was really a pleasant About 6 month ago I shared my impression of the experience of getting a new BMW X1 on the fields of this very useful website. It was really a pleasant one provided to me by Rory DeLouise and the manager Paul Toner. They did show themselves as the excellent representatives of Sales Department of Life Quality BMW. Today I would like to thank the other humble members of BMW family who does not sell the gorgeous cars but who makes them running flawlessly, who services them the way that does make a difference in our lives. It happens that my car started malfunctioning. Not being an expert in this field I called Life Quality BMW and described the problem. From the very first moments of my conversation with the service representative (I apologize that being nervous I did not catch his name) I felt that I am in the reliable hands of a specialist. He immediately diagnosed the possible causes of the problem, calmed me down and advised to come to the service facility as soon as I could. As it was always before at BMW I was met by very friendly people. This way we receive our relatives especially when they need our help, our empathy and support. I did not even notice how I found myself next to the service adviser who introduced himself as Robert. He patiently explained to me what could happen to the car, what we can expect in regards of its “recovery”. Since this mishap occurred abruptly and I had my personal plans (as we all always do) I asked Robert about a loaner car. He honestly replied that the next one would be available in a week or so. I even did not have enough time to digest this very unpleasant news trying to re-plan in mind my business, considering all inconveniences of my predicament as he immediately added that if there would be some changes in the situation (somebody will cancel the appointment, one of the cars will be repaired faster than expected etc.) he reserves the loaner for me. We all know how difficult is to get the loaner and how badly we need it when we are “deprived” of our car. I thought Robert just was trying to calm me down by giving me the hope. But I was wrong. People at Life Quality BMW keep their word. Robert called as soon as the loaner car became available. My car was repaired exactly in time that was promised. I am not mentioning the things that we get used to and accepting them for granted: the car was washed, cleaned and set back to all the settings I preferred. It is not needless to mention that Robert’s boss Nick was not indifferent to the service provided by his associates. He display a great deal of concern and was extremely proud to learn that the client(myself) left pleased, satisfied and much happier than he drove in just a couple of days ago. These people - Robert Gilberto and Nicholas Giordano who work for Life Quality BMW services actually are working for us, making sure that we feel ourselves as the members of the Glorious BMW family. Anything could break but not everyone could make it feels almost unnoticeable, smoothly and efficiently giving his hand and his heart the way he would do it for his close relative, the way he would do it for himself. This attitude makes the name of BMW; these actions make us come back time and again to its dealerships. Thank you very much Robert, thank you Nick, thank you BMW for having such beautiful workers who make a difference in our lives. More

Not so courteous I purchased my X5 from Life Quality BMW of Brooklyn NY. From the beginning the overall experience was a nightmare, first they delivered a scratched I purchased my X5 from Life Quality BMW of Brooklyn NY. From the beginning the overall experience was a nightmare, first they delivered a scratched up brand new car that was dirty. Now the vehicle needed to be serviced,the technician discovered that transmission had an oil leak.My service advisor Chris informed Me that BMW had authorized a new transmission replacement.The service department furnished me with a X5 for a loaner however A couple of days later Chris called me and demanded that I return the loaner car. The initial reason he gave Me was that because the part was on back order they couldn't have Me driving their loaner car for so long, however they did offer me a rent a car that they would pay for. That was ok but when I told them I was going to be away for a week and couldn't return the vehicle until I return from My vacation they had someone call me (Maria) on a daily basis harassing me while I was on vacation demanding that I bring back their loaner immediately. Maria Now had offered Me a new reason for the urgency to return the loaner car. Now the new reason was that the X5 that they loaned Me was in fact sold and that they needed the car back so that it can be Delivered to its new owner, I thought that's interesting. In fact Life Quality BMW was so Adamant and insistent that they offered to send someone out to repossess the vehicle with their spare key. Again I promised to return the car which had I had installed my kids car seats in on Thursday as soon as I was back from my trip. It became clear that they just wanted the vehicle back not because it was sold but because they just didn't want to have it out for an extended period while the part to my vehicle was on order.Totally Understandable However there's no need to lie about it! And no need to harass and inconvenience your customers, After all This is BMW and this dealership and it's deceitful cost cutting methods should learn to respect its customers. After all of this it went from bad to worse as promised I returned the loaner as soon as I got back from my trip. When I showed up at the service department Chris had the car checked in and he sent out for the rental car company to come pick me up, I was brought to a Enteprise rental lot on 64th street in Brooklyn with a trailer office on the lot, then I was charged a deposit for the rental and realized that I didn't have my wallet so I had to return to the dealer service department, now Chris call me a cab to take me home, I collect my wallet and my wife drives me to Enteprise Rental to finish the rental agreement, the representative tells me that Life Quality will only pay for a compact sedan, I have two small children one of which is a special needs pediatric cancer patient. I need an SUV so I call Chris at Life Quality and ask if they could upgrade me to an SUV Chris then called Nick Giordano who said promptly denied To authorize a $12 addition to the daily rental rate for the SUV upgrade so cheesy I made my skin crawl. Talk about courtesy you ain't getting none from this Service Manager! Prior to this issue I even reached out to Nick Giordano and left a detailed voice message so that I can share with him my point of view and my experience with this matter, He didn't even bother to return My call again no courtesy there. It Looks like Life Quality BMW feels that because they have the only BMW dealership in Brooklyn it's their position that regardless of what some customers think they will just keep on rolling, so what if they have a few disgruntled customers that speak up! Overall Life Quality BMW is Not a place where privileged clientele will be treated with the high level of service that they deserve and are used to. No better than a back street user car dealer. As per front desk he/she was never available. Leasing person contacted dealership for me. No call back. Called BMW of North America hopefully that will prompt a call back. To many good BMW dealerships to buy from here. Why was a car delivered with a warning light on?? They don't care is the answer! More
