He's extremely professional, polite, and accommodating, and easy to relate to. I never feel as though I'm being taken advantage of, or recommended unnecessary servicing. Everything is straightforward, and easy to comprehend. Can't sing Chad's praises enough. More
I was dropping my daughter's car off for a service appointment. Although the dealership had indicated that the part was in stock on the phone when the appointment was made, the part wasn't in stock. appointment. The service writer was not friendly and indicated I should have a seat while she finished another order. The other order took quite a while, and the service writer took several breaks to drink her gatorade, but didn't indicate how much longer she would take to finish the initial order. I always thought that BMW took customer satisfaction seriously, but this service writer was not courteous or professional about handling the interaction. I will look for another dealership in the future. More

My entire experience from start to finish with the BMW of Bridgewater service department, and Chad specifically, was outstanding. A very complicated repair was handled as expeditiously as could possibly be Bridgewater service department, and Chad specifically, was outstanding. A very complicated repair was handled as expeditiously as could possibly be expected and I was kept apprised by Chad every step of the way. Every interaction was polite, professional, and explained in an easily understandable way...in addition to the fact that I always received a phone call with an update every time I was advised I would. While I had previously been apprehensive about the potential higher costs of having maintenance and repair work done to my vehicle by the dealer, I will undoubtedly return to BMW of Bridgewater for anything my car needs based on my recent experience. More

I should say I received the best BMW service experience ever. They knew what they are talking about and would recommend something only if its necessary and wouldn't try to rip us off by giving unnecessary ever. Chad was very informative during the service visit. He was also very responsive. He tried to answer all of my questions. He took the time to take me into the service garage to actually show me where issue was also very responsive. He tried to answer all of my questions. The issue wiyh the rear differential was not eliminated. But I was told this will cause no additional engine/drive train problems. More
