When I dropped my car off for service, Mo was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He went over all the details of the work that they were to perform. When I told him I needed my car back that same day due to a trip to North Jersey the following day, he made sure that I received a vehicle with Navagation just in case. Well, as it turned out my vehicle was not ready due to lack of parts so I did have to drive my loaner to North Jersey. Without the vehicle that Mo provided with Navigation, I don't know how I would have found where to go. Thanks, Mo, for putting my safety first! You did an outstanding job! When I called to make a service appointment, there was someone in service to talk to!!! This is the only BMW dealership in northern NJ that actually has that. Then, amazingly they had an opening and someone in service to talk to!!! This is the only BMW dealership in northern NJ that actually has that. Then, amazingly they had an opening and a loaner the net day. Then, unbelievably, the service advisor, Sean, stepped in when it was just to late to ask a tech, and examined and then changed a fuse. The best BMW dealership experience that I have had outside of the Midwest. And I have lived in the East with a BMW for 18 years. More

Chad Renninger has been my go-to service adviser for my 2005 745 for a couple of years now. Chad has been patient and professional throughout a long process of dealing with insurance and myself, while being accommodating with service loaner, minimizing my out-of-pocket expenses to get mostly OME vs after market parts and overseeing the repairs process. I purchased an extended power chain warrantee from this dealer which was the best move I could have made. Chad and Matt (the head mechanic) worked diligently on my behalf with the insurance company to ensure the repair was done properly, getting me a completely new engine at 103,500 miles worth $26,000! The dealership covered hundreds of dollars in labor costs and nine thousands of dollars in parts used in the initial repair before fighting for a new engine without passing these costs on to me!!!
