Service excellence! I had my X5 in for service recently and as always I was amazed at how quick the process was, how courteous and friendly the staff are and how my needs I had my X5 in for service recently and as always I was amazed at how quick the process was, how courteous and friendly the staff are and how my needs were paramount. I dropped off the car at my appointed time and I was on the road in my fun loaner car within 15 minutes of arriving ( and this was a busy weekday morning). Carmine tracked the status of my repair work and let me know each step of the way via phone. Every staff member is pleasant and courteous and they make the client feel special. I honestly felt like a BMW VIP! This is just one of the reasons I keep coming back to this dealership over and over. More

Customer Service I didn't lease my 2013 BMW from Bridgewater BMW but work nearby so brought it there when my car showed a warning on the instument panel that the drive I didn't lease my 2013 BMW from Bridgewater BMW but work nearby so brought it there when my car showed a warning on the instument panel that the drivetrain was malfunctioning. This happened as I was driving home on Rt 78 and the warning told me to drive at a moderate speed (which I had no choice since the car slowed down instantly). I called BW BMW and spoke to Camille LaLima. I wanted to keep driving but explained to her that I wasn't sure if that was the right thing to do. Camille advised me, made suggestions on how to get back up to BW for service, sent me her personal phone number and texted me later to make sure I got home safely. By text at 8pm, she let me know that she had arranged a loaner car to be ready for me the next morning. Also, knowing that I was nervous about driving back, she texted me the next morning to make sure I arrived safely and was all set to leave my car. She is the epitome of customer service! More

Obnoxious service advisor accused me of causing defect I had an issue with my car (has 105,000 miles on it) running very rough after hard acceleration. Took it into Bridgewater BMW and their allegedly exp I had an issue with my car (has 105,000 miles on it) running very rough after hard acceleration. Took it into Bridgewater BMW and their allegedly expert staff decided I needed a new computer module, which I paid to replace. A few days later, once again after heavy acceleration, the same running rough condition repeated itself. This time I took the car into another BMW dealer and was told that my car was misfiring, but the cause was with the ignition coils, of which the car has six. I had the six replaced and the condition hasn’t repeated itself since then. There is no doubt in my mind that this second diagnosis was the correct one. Where the problem would occur three or four times per month over a four month interval, since replacing the coils I’ve driven the car three additional months and the condition has resurfaced a single time. I went back to Bridgewater BMW and my service advisor, Carmine, couldn’t care less when I suggested the dealership replaced a part that didn’t need replacing. In fact, he accused me of being the cause of my problem. That I either didn’t adequately describe the problem to him, or that I had a combination of problems and did need the new chip or that my latest problem was just something that appeared subsequent to their repairs. I will NEVER return to BMW of Bridgewater again. More
